The 38 was a pile of shit caliber for this country. The First 357 Colt Python came out in 1955. My grandfather used the Colt police special in a Ted Blocker Swivel holster! My uncle used a Smith and Wesson model 29 in 1971 after he came home from Vietnam.
Watching this as I clean my model 15-3 combat masterpiece, a piece I still carry today.
