I really love the ground and pool, so nicely landscaped and maintained. Overall it's a cracking deal! I'm curious if the rent includes maintenance of the grounds. And by the way, your little boy is precious... enjoy him while he's young, because they grow up FAST!

This is a beautiful place and includes everything I like to have. I like all the greenery and the large areas inside the house and pool too. Price is good too. When I get out to the Philippines near the end of 2024, I'd like to find something like this and call it home.

OMG, this is exactly what I've been looking for when I move to the philippines in March. the price is within my budget, but I'm starting my venture in Cebu due to the malls, restaurants, street vendors, parks, and walking areas. However, seeing this place makes me think twice. you did a nice video on the house and the pool. was wondering about laundry, is there a place to put a washing machine, or do we have to go to a service. how far from any malls, or big shops is this place. is it hard to find a ride to downtown.
Hello! As you can see in the video, there was a place for a washing machine. And about laundry service, there's so many choices for that. You'll never run out of laundry shop. It's not that far from mall, big shop, etc. Around 5km if I'm not mistaken. You can have rental motorbikes if you would like to live a similar place in the video. Because it is pretty far from the highway.

Compared to my place in the Luzon area, crime here in this Dumaguete and Siquijor is low. In my place it is dangerous. Like rape, murder, burglar, etc. So far, I never experienced.
