WOW! The building is so unassuming but the suite is STUNNING! I've seen a lot of suites and this one is so nice! And I love hotels that offer so much on property like gifts shops, restaurants, spa and gym type things. I'm on the blue plan too Katie and I really love that you guys are really committed to eating better and showing some great examples! My first dining out experience on plan will be tomorrow night for my husband's birthday. :)

We went to Vegas, Lake Tahoe and Big Bear based on y’all’s recommendations. I can attest, these two know how to find the best spots.

@@ScreamieBirds we too, stayed at Bellagio because it was my 1st time in Las Vegas and because Ocean’s 11. Otherwise, we tried the Peppermill (first restaurant we visited in Vegas) as well as Fix.
I go to Redondo Beach Pier every year for the past 7 years. I always go eat at the Quality Seafoods just down from Kinkaids.

These are my childhood memories! Grew up right next to the Redondo beach ! My first apt was a block away from the beach ! That was soo long ago !

This video was so great, we want to visit California when Canadians are allowed to come to the states again and Redondo looks like such a great beach town to visit! Will definitely have to add it to our itinerary for future travels!

This is so beautiful I love the ocean such a beautiful natural wonder the look the waves the sound so peaceful my happy place well one of them and Disney of course just wish I got to both of them more but thx to you too I can see both and hear and see them at least and thx for that I love your hats so cool I used to spend a lot of time thete as a kid my mother always took us there I like when the hill was made of sand instead of plants me and my sister would run down the hill good times thx for the great memories thx 4 video love always😄💜

I was smiling from the beginning of the vlog. You guys are awesome at reviewing resort properties. Staycations suit you well. (Almost did suite instead of suit, see what I did there).
Growing up in Torrance I used to go to redondo beach pier all the time. But I’ve never been to Kincaid’s and now I think I’ll have to check it out!

Cool! Redondo Is so great, used to go to a great live music place called sainte rocke but it had to close down last year . I hope all the bar and grill's and small stage venues in the south bay can recover

I'm so happy you like Kincaid's as it originated in Bloomington MN and there are only 3 other locations throughout the country. There are 2 in MN, the original in Bloomington, a Minneapolis suburb and one in St Paul, MN, the capitol city, with one in Burlingame, CA. These restaurants have always offered great food. I will have to check out the Redondo location as I can't think of anything better than a ocean view with my meal.

I grew upon the strand in Manhattan Beach you are definitely in my neck of the woods . South Bay cities rock !! Great review you guys.... many many years ago ( 5/1988) the cattlemen's restaurant used to be there, it was closed down due to Surf damage when the Breakers restaurant burned down unfortunately. Kincaid's looks like a good place though. they've really made the pier look nice since those days. I live in Reno Nevada now. watch you guys all the time so I can remember home ... just spent a week in Hollywood saw your exit .... thought of you LOL! KT it is chilly in the evening at the ocean yes it is don't let him give you a hard time about that LOL
Never think to stay at the beach on trips to Disneyland. Hotel is awesome in a great location. Cheers

There's a Kincaid's in Burlingame, not sure if same restaurant. I went there 25 yrs ago & the food was yummy 😋

It’s the pier where they filmed a lot of the show the OC infact a lot was filmed there. As soon as I seen that show I knew where it was filmed at I love Redondo beach!

Also another new sonesta hotel in Anaheim now they took over the old staybridge Ins’s and suites and holiday inn on Manchester, Just FYI.
I stayed there in oct/November they took over in December officially. Now I have to take another trip to Redondo/Manhattan Beach. (I’m a elite or premium member of sonesta hotels there’s also one on bourbon street in Nola!)😉

The original peir caught fire in the 80's they rebuilt it
Those are my OLD neighborhood, the peir has changed abit, i still remember the OLD pier b4 the Major fire

Redondo Beach is absolutely not 30 minutes from Disneyland thats false advertising more like 45 minutes with No traffic and and hour with regular traffic
Oh our mistake, said 30 for us when we mapped it out. Possibly carpool lane was factored in when we checked.
