      Yeah... A complete overhaul of the Gas Mask is in my plans... Still thinking about new features and what things are missing in the current system. But it's something I want to do.

I cant wait to see what you come up with 😁👍🏼 I think right now whats missing beneath more natural drops is that the cracks and drops maybe should be more blurred to simulate the mask sitting on the players face and hence beeing out of focus. An Integration into the MCM to control the strength of the effect would be helpful 👍🏼 Btw where did you learn coding shaders this good im really flashed seeing your work as you truly brought the Stalker visuals to triple A game quality! You can be very proud of you and consider yourself a shader wizard 😁👍🏼 I tried to edit the Gasmask shaders myself a little bit but no chance this is too cryptic for me 😂 Keep up the great work mate! 🙏🏼

    I was just thinking when playing the other day how you'd handle the burners, really great result with it slowly coming back as the intensity dies down nice job!

    Playing Anomaly using a weapon with 2D sights when you switch to zoom mode, the sight textures appear abruptly, as if clipping the images. Is it possible to make this transition smoother? For example, by making the appearance of the sight texture with the effect of smooth appearance, or by making the "fogging" effect, or by making a sort of smooth blinking effect, so that when the player is aiming, it looks as if he is blinking as the sight approaches and at the same time the texture of the sight itself appears? As I think, something similar happens in Battlefield Bad Company 2, when the player is aiming at the high magnification on the sniper sights.
    And thank you for your great work on adding such extremely important, game-changing changes to Stalker anomaly! You are one of those who raises the quality of modifications to new heights!

    Hello! Is it possible in shaders to determine where materials are placed? Inside the building or outside. Tried to use light maps for it, but it's can't solve my request. Because some time light maps too dark outside

      You can try with the shadow_rain function. You can check the shader rain_patch_normal.ps to check the implementation.

      @@ascii1457 Thanks for the answer, but it didn't help. In this shader, the developers project the shadow map from the camera position + shift up. Part of the level geometry is still darkened where it is not needed. So far I have not found a way to solve my problem) By the way, are there any plans to make fog, as in this video - "Test move ground fog, CryRay Engine x64 Anomaly" ? It would be great!

      Check if the custom executables included with the mod are correctly installed and delete your shader cache. It's always worth consulting the installation guide on ModDB.

    I'll give you a stupid idea.
    Hence you already have data passed from engine to the shaders.... couldn't you "burn" grass around the anomaly?

      ​@@minerisbad The video shows a preview of something in development ( Update 15.5 ). The latest release ( Update 15.4 ) doesn't have interactive anomalies.

      @@minerisbad Be sure of correctly install the custom executables ( Check the step 5 of the installation guide on ModDB ) and delete your shaders cache. These are the most common mistakes with the installation.
