It's not safe for them at all. Not on the streets, not in a shelter. I don't know how those poor souls cope. We have so many homeless people here in Germany, it's tragic and sometimes I give money or buy some food, but they need a place on their own. He seems very nice and I wish him well and I wish all homeless well. There is always money for war, but not for those on the streets, makes me angry 😡
Very sad -- I always thought Germany was supposed to be a model since WWII and then reunification after the fall of Communism of how a country could improve itself. Did not know Germany was experiencing wide homelessness too! It is a world wide problem and creative solutions need to happen. I think post WWII Communism vs Capitalism the answer appeared easy. Now neither is a viable option so what next?

It is very traumatic and stressful. You have NONE of the Luxuries or Security of walls and a door,, not to mention no bathroom or kitchen!!!! The homeless are Way stronger than those in the Comforts of a House.....even when they're drugged up or drunk!! You gotta be tough on the streets 💪and it's understandable to find ways to deal with the abuse given out by those who have homes and look down upon you or just ignore you like you're a disease they can catch!!!! Pray for the homeless, Many are children and families since Covid 🙏

Yeah I’m also going through this now money to buy food is nice but these ppl need a place of their own . The shelter I’m at they mainly just feed you but there’s also a huge underlying problem which is it’s not safe for us to be in there and then for staff to not actually care enough to work with us to get us houses it’s so unfair and sad 😞 maybe I’ll write a book about it once I get my mind back from all the trauma I’ve faced

Some of the missions are definitely more dangerous than the street and I'd imagine the LA ones aren't too friendly. Definitely getting your things stolen and a high chance of physical or sexual assault.

My daughter and I are holding on by a tread living in a vehicle, and it's aday by day process. You never know which way the scale will lean with this lifestyle.

Once you go down the rabbit hole, it is hard to get out. I avoided the rabbit hole so I'm good. I'm 92 years old and living comfortably. It took a lot of planning and sacrifices, but it was worth it.
People growing up in normal families cannot imagine the sufferings of the unfortunate ones growing up in families abuse and crime trodden backgrounds. I feel so sorry for their sufferings. I wish their government could work harder to improve the livihood of their own citizens instead of spending so money on wars and killings. 🙏
The channel Alien Ascend just did a critique of this video. He says he knows this guy and that he is nice enough but is a chump. He won't fight back and stand up for himself. He said he has to beg for money to give to self-appointed tax collector homeless who bully the other homeless. They make them pay to stay there on the sidewalk. If you don't pay or fight back or resist, they might come back and burn down your tent with some spilled vodka and a match. He said that the agencies know what is going on and want the homeless to kill each other off, so they do nothing to stop it. I imagine this is true. That is why Prince hates the shelters; he gets beaten up and picked on and doesn't want to fight back.

He needs to get into housing to start recovering from years of trauma of being outside on the streets. Would be irresponsible to get this man a vehicle. An RV parked on the side of the road, yes - although he needs to be in housing. A vehicle that can drive, would be dangerous for him and others. He’s a wonderful human being. Super nice. He’s been outside for too long. This is why we need to prevent and end homelessness
That's a sweet idea.💖However, Due to his substance abuse, he may not be able to maintain it. He'll likely need a sincere worker/ caretaker to help him for years to come, and make sure he's making good decisions.
My brother in Greensboro nc moved to shelter week before Christmas hes telling me for months now how rude the employees their talk to you real ugly put u out cold rain yesterday it rained allday he and other's stood in front of the shelter while it was raining cold may17he and others were told they have to leave some are working they tryed put my brother in a boarding house room where 99%of people living there are drug addicts sad
The last time I helped out a homeless person, he was insistent that he didn't use drugs. I said, "Brother, you use this money for whatever you need." It's that simple.
Even renting a room puts you in contact with con artists, and its impossible to use that, and sheriffs infiltrate motels and get you evicted, so cars and being on your own is THE ONLY OPTION
