Hi guys! Today I'm showing you my complete rosemary water recipe & routine. I think rosemary OIL is really popular right now, and for good reason. There are so many benefits of rosemary for your hair. When it's in an oil form, you can really get the benefits of rosemary because there's a high concentration of rosemary in rosemary oil. HOWEVER, if you have oily hair, you already know that there's no way oiling your hair every day is going to be possible...so that's why rosemary water is so amazing! It's something you can use every day without worrying about it building up on your roots & scalp. So I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial!! Lmk if you end up trying my recipe & routine. Love you guys!!
ps- I don't apply rosemary water before washing my hair because then it'll just gent rinsed out and my hair wont' get any of the rosemary benefits. I apply it immediately after washing my hair, and then at night, each day following wash day.

I’ve been trying this hair growth serum of reactivate littleexttrra for quite a while now and satisfied with the outcomes I’ve got with it... it is my third bottle now.
This serum has to be applied to the scalp so it performs like magic to a dry scalp.
I put on it typically before going to bed and just massage it well into my hair....and wash it the next morning. I have noticed hair growth and improvement in my hair density.

I’ve made me own spray w rosemary and a little mint. I spray it in my hair by the roots everyday sometimes twice a day. I’ve noticed a less hair fall in just the 5 days I’ve been using it. Consistency is key with this stuff and patience. It’s going to be weeks if not months before you start noticing any new growth. If you’re struggling w excess hair shedding then it should help with that fairly quickly though. You can add a lot of different things in your rosemary spray to make it more effective. Hibiscus and cloves are amazing to add. You can really add whatever you like to these sprays. Just do your own research. A lot of people like hair oils but I prefer sprays bc the oils are just so messy and then you have to wash them out each time and it’s just a hassle. I also oil my hair but I stick to doing that about once maybe twice a week. Hope this helps someone. Oh and also massaging the oil or spray in is very important. You don’t need a fancy little tool to do it, you can use just your fingers if you’d like.

Finally, I reduced my white flakes on the scalp and hairfall.
Step 1: Massage hair oil and leave it overnight or for a minimum of an hour for it to work.
Secondly, Rinse it out with shampoo.
Step 3: Put on conditioner that you prefer to the roots of your hair.
I used a mild and natural hair fall control kit by littleeextra cococonion for these steps as it's mild and organic, and is known good for reducing hair loss.
If you also have dandruff, apply lemon juice on your scalp at least once a week before shampooing and wash it off about an hour later.

DO NOT go to bed with damp roots: not only you can catch a cold, but the most important thing is that bacteria is likely to grow and proliferate in a damp environment. Especially if you have sensitive scalp, dermatitis or other issues that could make it worst. Also, DO NOT store diy products like this one for longer than a few days. Without preservatives, bacteria grows like crazy in water. Nope, thank you! Rosemary water is a lovely idea, just do a small batch and then make it again freshly.

I think it’s important to note that people usually use minoxidil 5% not 2%, so rosemary oil is not going to yield the same results as your usual rogaine. Also, antioxidants are heat sensitive, which means we could be creating an even less effective product if we don’t monitor the temp/time properly. I’m not sure how long rosemary should be exposed to heat, but from a few quick reads it looks like 15 minutes at a simmer is promising!

When preparing rosemary tea, it is important to note that boiling rosemary leaves for an extended time may reduce the potency of its beneficial compounds. It is recommended to steep the leaves in hot water for 5-10 minutes to extract the maximum amount of nutrients. This though, also has the twigs in it so I don''t know for sure but just to be safe don't boil it, I guess letting it simmer for 5 minutes is okay, but simmer lightly

I have oily hair and had been wondering how to navigate using hair oil. It was giving me such a headache trying to figure out exactly which oils to use, how much, how often etc, so I'm so thankful you've introduced me to another method that might suit me better and is hopefully just as effective. This method to me is so much more straightforward and simple. I deal with really bad hairfall especially in the shower, and I'm REEALLYY hoping this method will reduce it. I would KILL for your hair density.
EDIT: I still use rosemary water but I finally decided to try making rosemary oil too. I'm starting with once a week but I'll see if I can go up to maybe twice a week. I just followed the recipe on one of her rosemary oil videos but instead of using a mix of diff oils like she did (I'm broke) I just soaked the fresh rosemary in jojoba oil. Plus, I can use that rosemary oil for my face as well and hopefully help my acne!

      @lurategh 27 днів тому

@@Checkschmate To be completely honest, I didn't keep it up long enough--as in, I didn't use the oil consistently (I intended to do it once a week) and I only used it sparingly for a month or so. But I did use rosemary water every day for a couple of months, and sad to say, not much changed. Maybe two months wasn't long enough to see results, but I also suspect my hair loss has more to do with hormonal issues and so the rosemary oil/water probably wouldn't have helped me anyway? Idk. But a lot of people say rosemary oil/water works for them, so it's worth a shot to try it yourself! Maybe at some point I'll try using the oil again once or twice a week for at least several months and come back and share my results.

On another channel, the rosemary leaves are mixed with cloves and they are soaked it boiled water only, not boiling them. I think these two different methods (boiling or soaking) are both great. I will try to use your boiling method too. My suggestion put some oil a little bit like coconut oil or olive oil or almond oil or avocado oil or jojoba oil, so the texture will be softer and moisturised, especially for dry hair.

I had been gradually losing my hair from stress and lack of iron and when I got sick with Covid last year, that was the straw that broke the camels back.
I feel so terrible about the way my hair looks now. It used to be so thick it could snap hair ties in half; now I cut my hair short to keep it looking as full as it can get. 😭🙏🏼 Im going to pray that this works; along with the vitamins I’ve been taking daily. Im seeing small baby hairs, but it’s so frail.

@@nigarhasanli9129 Some days I would overeat and some days I would undereat and so I wasnt getting proper nutrition and some of the foods were not nutritious to begin with. I've been cutting out a lot of sugar and instead filling it with better foods that would sustain my body. I've been eating more animal products for iron and other vitamins. I've been thinking about doing a carnivore diet soon. Cut vegetables and junk food out completely.
The way I wash my hair; I dont dry it with a towel like I did. I was using a towel to dry my hair off but hair is more fragile when its wet and that may have been hurting my hair more than helping it. I havent been adding as much conditioner since my hair gets oily most of the time and I switched to a silicone free shampoo. It's more costly but more helpful. I wont brush my hair until it dry and if I do blow dry it, I'll use it on the cooler setting. I dont use elastic hair ties anymore; only silky scrunchies and those hair ties that are sort of like phone cords.
I also went to my dermatologist and asked her about hair loss and I've been using a topical medication as well. Everything that can help; I'musing it. .

Hi , I was just reading through and read your question. The best "clarifying " shampoo is NEUTROGENA weekly clarifying shampoo. I don't use any products in my hair anymore - But in my mid twenties I did..and I read MANY articles in magazines such as cosmopolitan - and it said NEUTROGENA was rated #1 - I believe it still says it on the box. My hair never felt just CLEANER. But I recommend using a conditioner because your hair will start to feel dry ( basically because everything's been washed away.) Give it a try - GOOD luck, I hope this helped. 😊

I’m just a listener like you, but I feel it should be kept in the fridge. I would think it would last quite a while, like a few weeks because it was boiled so long all bacteria, etc., should be killed. As long as it smelled and looked right, I would use it.
