    But, don’t you oil your ends before showering??
    I have been doing the same routine and hopefully I get good results, it’s been nine months since I started.

      I used to do that unfortunately it didnt help at all, it made it more dry and weighed my hair down for some reason. I just use oil on my scalp and hair mask on my ends🫶🏻

    Do you apply oil over glycolic acid without rinsing it off?

      First glycolic acid, leave for 5 minutes on scalp, then apply any oil and massage. Leave both for 30 minutes then wash with shampoo

      Hey! Yes i used to use masks that are only silicone free but now not anymore. I bleached my hair so i need to have silicones in my routine for hair smoothness and protection. However i make sure to clarify my hair once a week. Will be doing another post bleach full hair care routine soon

    Can you explain why it’s better to use Warm water? Thank you !!!

    • @Rubyy_.22
      @Rubyy_.22  3 місяці тому +1

      It is the best because it will not cause any frizz or damage to your hair. Yes hot water is relaxing but it will cause more frizz and oiler scalp for people who struggle with that. However, cold water is good because it helps with frizz and breakage. I alternate between warm or cold water, but mostly warm because cant really stand cold water most of the time 😭

      it took me around 3 full years to have my long and thick hair now. I had to get back to my natural hair color and cut all the ends every 3 months until it has fully grown out

    • @blondiejam924
      @blondiejam924 5 місяців тому

      Your hair must grow really quickly as in 3 years on average hair it would have only grow 6 inches in 3 years as hair normally grows half a inch per month im growing my hair at the moment it seems to take forever since I'm having trims every 3 months to take off the ends

    • @Rubyy_.22
      @Rubyy_.22  5 місяців тому +2

      @@blondiejam924 trick for faster hair growth is to trim your hair every 3-6 months and on the full moon. I just google the best days to trim hair and it will give you what days you should cut your hair. It made a huge difference for me.

      @@BionAvastar3000During the Full Moon, capillaries are more dilated, increasing blood flow therefore impacting how fast your hair grows. Moreover, each person could be more or less affected by the influence of the moon. From experience i tried cutting my hair on full moon days and regular days, the results were shocking as to how fast my hair grew compared to regular days. It doesn’t only grow faster but also healthier. I could tell the difference. There is no harm in trying this and see it for yourself 🫶🏻

      @@Rubyy_.22 is it bad leaving it any longer than that, I tend to wash my hair about every 4-5 days, also is ok to leave opalax no 7 as a pre poo treatment by leaving it in overnight?

    • @Rubyy_.22
      @Rubyy_.22  4 місяці тому +2

      @@angelofchrist4494 yes absolutely. There is no mid range to how often you should wash ur hair. If every 5 days work for you then it is perfectly fine. I used to wash it once weekly and turned out that every 3-4 days worked better for my hair. As for the olaplex oil yes it is a great oil to use at night but not as a pre poo treatment. I would use it more for nightly routine as a leave in (hair slugging) to moisturize my ends or after shower or after hair styling to keep the benefits instead of washing it off in the morning. There are other better products that are meant for pre poo treatments🫶🏻
