My ultimate power meal: grass fed ground beef, sweet potato, avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, whole milk with honey to drink, and strawberries on the side
How do you feel eating oats? I dropped eating all wheat/gluten and feel as if I gained 15 IQ, mentally and physically cleared up, stopped being slow and sluggish. I replaced all my carb sources with fresh fruits, raw milk and local raw unfiltered honey. raw milk + honey makes me feel unstoppable.
im assuming humans get all the nutrients they need on those foods steak egg melon diet is sustainable for me too just gotta add in more spinach and mushrooms :)
I have minted lamb burgers that I get from the butcher. First I eat 2 of those then I’ll have plain yoghurt with biocultures. It’s a really good breakfast because it’s high fat and high protein so it fills me up. I may have a banana which is a small amount of natural whole food carbs. I find that not having carbs in the morning ( like oats or toast ect) works great for me as long as I have carbs with all my other meals. Essentially I do a carb fast from my evening meal until lunch the next day. If I have carbs for breakfast it starts the insulin cycle and I get hungrier and don’t feel satiated. I’ve experimented with a few different breakfasts and I’m onto a winner with this one
Brother allow me to recommend my power meal. Break my fast with 5 sunny side eggs & an 8oz New York Strip steak and two cups of water. Holy fuck do I feel amazing with that. No crash. No gas. Just walk around feelin brolic all day. A colossal 80g+ of protein.
You can drink sprakling water with squeezed lemon and apple cider vinegar for better digestion. Just drink it with a straw bc its very bad for your teeth
The only problem with skinny fat is that it is difficult to eat a lot. I've been skinny since I was born, but it's really hard for me to eat a lot. I eat like a chicken.
You just can't beat simple hearty food like this. Big fan of corned beef hash. Chuck some minced beef or canned corned beef in a pan, sautte it with some spuds and peppers, add seasoning of your choice, that's literally it. So damn simple but tastes great (works with sardines also as they go super crispy when put in the pan from all the fatty oils)
I like myself a stir fry with the following ingredients for a slightly more wholesome breakfast/early lunch: - ~500 grams (17 ounces) of potatoes (cook em first) - ~200-250 grams (8 ounces) of high quality chorizo sausage (find a full meat one without dextrose, preservatives etc. where you live) - bell peppers (one red, one green fe.) - sliced red onion - couple cloves of garlic - a handful of leaf spinach Fry in ghee/butter, spice with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper and a bit of thyme. Takes 10-15 mins or so to make, chop the things while your potatoes cook, throw them into a pan and fry till the potatoes have a nice crust and the sausage is clearly done. What about the macros? Yes, it has.
Gallo pinto aka black beans white rice is a good one. Just throw a can of black beans in with a a few cups of cooked steamed rice. Great for breakfast with some eggs or lunch/dinner as a side with a good protein like chicken or steak. Usually top the gallo pinto off with queso fresco or sour cream.
My power meal is a pack of cold non additive sausages, water and snus. Maybe some marabou milk chocolate, coffee yogurt and honey. And yes coffee yogurt not coffee and yogurt
Sharing mine that's treated me well: 3-4 Eggs, 3 slices of toast w/ butter & jam, choice of meat (sausage/bacon, I'd do sardines if I could, I tried bros), and a cup of protein yogurt. You can get ALL of that at Costco, by the way. All of the ingredients, right there.
Did you try the sardines with the sriracha sauce? I eat two packs every 2-3 days and that levels out omega 3-6 ratios and and gives me 10 days worth of b12.
Yesterday broke my fast working at kfc at 3pm on an 8 hour shift with 600g rump, 3 eggs, cooked in a shitton of butter and olive oil. Go to fast break meal
the storebought honey is shitty most of the time. It stays liquid even if you put it in the fridge which is not how the real honey 'behaves'. It's just pure sugar with little microelements or antioxydants.
Thanks for the video May Allah guide you to islam its the solution to all human problems its simply the truth If you want contentement and peace inside you must embrase islam cause our souls only find peace in truth
every morning during work days i have 4 hard boiled eggs, pack of blueberries, and a protein yoghurt, the yoghurt probbally isnt the best but pretty ideal and easy to consume quick and thats around 45g protein for only 400-500 calories depending on the egg size, what do you guys think about those protein yoghurts?
I'm 16, i tried smoking today, a marlboro touch cigarette specifically, the buzz it gave me was really calming and I wanted to ask you if light smoking is really a problem?
Your brain is still developing and you rewire your dopamine response negatively at that age. The probability of developing addictions not only from nicotine but for other drugs or poor habits increases drastically. Get outside, workout, hang out with friends, play some games. No need for cigarettes or other compounds at such a young age
Let me clear your worries my friend. Cholesterol is produced by your body. There's no such thing as high cholesterol, your body will adapt to how much cholesterol it needs to produce in ratio to how much cholesterol you ate in your foods (which is negligible anyway unless you eat like 8+ eggs a day or something) - what this means is, any cholesterol you eat, your body will use and produce a little less cholesterol since it doesn't need that much that it already got from the food you ate, this is because making cholesterol is so damn resource expensive. Cholesterol is an ESSENTIAL part of hormone production, you cannot have testosterone, estrogen, not even cortisol, without having cholesterol. "Good" or "bad" cholesterol don't exist, they're just terms created so you can keep the rich people rich by buying stupid pills that have been proven to be less effective in their purpose and function than Oreos. You'll always have "high" cholesterol even though it's normal (120mg/dl is considered high, but it's pretty much average and normal on all age groups), and it also makes no sense that you're "sick" even though you have absolutely no clinical manifestations/symptoms. -> Coming from a med student and a (mostly) carnivore. I hope you're doing well dawg 😎
