- First ever camping video on Padre Island National Seashore for two days. The surf was tore up but still got some fishing in. Cooked a blueberry dump cake in a Dutch oven on a open fire. Bush Potato Omelet' and slept in my Smittybilt rooftop tent.

I surf here in corpus and I completely agree. Packery channel or bob hall pier is where you go. Pins doesn’t have the structure you need to make bigger waves. Those surfers were just to close in general to y’all.

Your tent is like a microwave, set it and forget it bro. Great job. It's wear to see restroom, but is handy when need it. I need one when travel to Mexico.
I love cooking out, specially close to the beach. Enjoy it. Have any left overs, there is an empty stomach close.

You don't need to watch someone to catch something to know ull catch fish , look for the structures , read the beach . Look for bait being chased and that's a sign , also water conditions too .
