They can’t even provide statistics on how many drivers have been assisted by this feature, because in South Africa the answer was a none. It’s a useless function taking up app space.

Thank you for looking out for us, nice video. Rideshare company they don’t care about our safety. When passenger request me as driver to take different route, they didn’t ask me if I’m okay, but instead they asked passenger if he or she was okay. What a joke!!!!!
Not a good feature. This was used to send a falsified crash report to my insurance company. When no crash occurred. They put a message that states did you crash? You say no and they still send a report to your insurance very deceptive and too much info to give for nothing. Trying to drive insurance rates up for nothing.
The only feature Uber needs it’s the one the detects low pay to drivers! That feature will get an overload of red flags !
It's all smoke and mirrors. Uber acts like they care but they just don't. I see right through their shenanigans. I see lots of videos what's wrong with Uber and Lyft but I see nothing being done about it. It would be smart for Uber and Lyft to come to a compromise with drivers before the government gets involved because they won't like the legislation the gov't imposes, just like what happened in Minneapolis.
It's for Ubers benefits to monitor drivers and their driving patterns. Nothing for the benefit of drivers!!
Drivers are falling because we don't have a leader in this business it's 2024 and we should have our own ridesharing company by now owns by drivers he will make the competition in our favor and it,s easy. I’ve been saying that for a while. Drivers need to come together to have their own rideshare app that is owned and operated by drivers. Maybe drivers could each have a small share in the app.
Let's have our own ridesharing company own and operate by drivers only it,s easy let's have this happen now we need someone to stand up and spray the messages out there.
