Makes 24 - 1 Syn each
You Need -
200g Banana
50g Self raising flour
25g Dark choc chips
1 Tsp Sweetener
1 Tsp Baking Powder
4 Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla extract

@@SynFreeandFull they didn't turn out very well in the cases just pre warning you. I had to make another lot they went down well though in the group so thank you for sharing x

This looks easy enough it's taster week this week and I don't know how many to cater for as I don't know how many are at group as only rejoined last Friday. Might do this they said low syn or free.

Can I use plain flour
Is it necessary to use sweetener is the chocolate n banana not sweet enough?
Great question - I recon you can ditch the sweetener and they would be fine.
I'm trying to cut out sweetener from cooking as much as I can now a days - so I'm defo gonna try it without it next time I make them!
If you give them a go without the sweetener let me know how they turn out.
