I have small meals but i pile my plate up with speed in every meal, I tend to cut down on potatoes and pasta I hardly touch bread apart from pitta occasionally, there is no need to eat big portions as long as your eating alot off speed 😊

Each gram is equivalent to each ml 50ml = 50g you can check that by weighing a jug and zeroing then putting 100ml in the jug put it on the scale with g selected and it should be 100ml (if it’s perfect) a gram is the same weight as a ml
I start slimming world tomorrow and I'm dreading it! I've watched a lot of SW videos and it seems to me that curry and spices and meat are the main staples in the recipes. I hate what I call slop ie Curry, spices pasta dishes and meat. I'm not a veggie, I just hate meat! Oh man I'm gonna struggle!!

Please be careful of how many sweetners you’re ingesting they’re so bad for you. Those lemon drinks are probably full of them

Mls and grams don't weigh same. What I'd do is set scales to zero, pop tub on and then divide by 4. Take out that quarter then xx
