3.5 Syns each (using HEA+B)
Or 4.5 Syns each - not using HEX's
You Need -
2 Weetabix
200ml Skimmed Milk
100g Dark Chocolate
100g Self Raising Flour
2 Tbsp Sweetener
2 Large Eggs

You can, I risked it and the cake dethraws and keeps its original texture once dethrawed just fine!
