quick and easy fix kyosho USA-1 nitro transmission problem.

This inferior 3-speed Kyosho transmission assembly problem can easily be fixed but would cost very dearly though. The plastic gears have to be upgraded to metal gears. Kyosho should have installed those metal gears from the factory

Same issue here!. First gear bearing failed during break-in. I installed metal gears and assumed the weight of the gears may have caused the failure. I see you had failure with the plastic gears. Not happy about the failure but glad to see it's not the metal gears. Waiting on the new first gear bearing.

I just broke in one of these trucks and man I love kyosho but hate their glow plugs. I had a way easier time doing break-in using an OS #6 Glow plug (formerly A3) I also switched out the air filter case as it does not allow enough air through with a revo one.

I’ve gone through two of these relatively quick. Well it’s slipping when trying to accelerate. I’m a little flabbergasted on how fast they seem to wear/ break. Mostly it happens when the truck rolls over with the body off while tuning.

The problem i have is that Inferno parts are hard to come by and now everyone will repair using parts not made for this .

USA-1 uses this particular parts from inferno.You may refer to car manual parts page. It is necessary to upgrade to metal gears as plastic ones are chipped easily from within so that clutches won't engage.
