I need some information about if the watch is capable of toggling phone calls. If I am in a call and another one comes in, can I toggle between them via the watch? Can I even initiate a conference between the calls? And is there an app to be laid on a quick button to access a few numbers quickly? You see, I do use a phone to call.. many hours a day ;) These functions would make my working day easier ;)

Unless companies stop making phones, I don't think I'd buy a smart-watch. I feel like the novelty would just wear away after, maybe, a couple weeks or months; depends on how easily you're amused. They're cool as a concept, not really as a reality, but that's just my opinion.
Sorry for replying to a late comment. I bought the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch months ago. As a smartwatch owner, I can tell you that the novelty does wear off after a couple of months, but the functionality doesn't. It really is a useful tool if only for notification management, though I find personally it far more useful than that, and I couldn't fathom living without it.

For $200 it isn't worth it in my opinion considering for an extra $100 you could buy the Samsung Gear 2 with a 2 Megapixel camera and a Super AMOLED display.
If you need it to be under $140 or want it soon, it's absolutely worth it. Just in case you didn't know, though, Pebble just announced their next lineup that you can preorder on their kickstarter. The Time Steel 2 looks fantastic and it'll be $199 at launch. So if you can wait a few months and can spare that 60 bucks, I'd personally recommend holding out, but you'll be happy either way. My Time is still a better SmartWatch for me than the Moto 360, Huawei Watch, or Samsung Gear S2, all of which I tried and didn't like at all. They were clunkier, took more focus to use, had one day battery, screen wasn't always on, and I personally adore tactile buttons so I can navigate the watch without having to look at it. Plus they all would consistently have noticeable and annoying lag or input errors which got very frustrating. My Time is still snappier than the other SmartWatches, it's easier to use, more useful as an actual watch, and still lasts a week on one charge. This all to say, they are releasing new hardware soon, which is something you should know before buying a SmartWatch, but that said, I'm confident you'd be very happy with the Time of what Joshua said sounded good to you, BP because his review is dead on.

The main difference between iOS and Android is just the microphone as it requires Android Wear, as for other differences I'm not sure

The os does look fun and functional but it's the design of the hardware that gets me......it's fugly!

that would be up to the developer of the app, its not possible to upsize the images automatically so it would fit the Times screen (if it were bigger)
