- Just a quick battery mod. Lots of people have asked about the XT60 Soldering tool that I use so the link is below

Thanks for the video. I have the Cyclops ordered and on the way. I too use the XT60 connectors, so it was good to see how you did it. T hanks again.
I have the V1 set and just got my Cyclops, WoW what a difference the Cyclops is much better in every way. I use a 2s 1300mAh and it works nicely. I use the barrel connector too plug/unplug the battery and leave the xt60 connected to the battery lead as my xt60 plugs are very hard to get apart. Nice clean mod though and good video for the uninitiated too follow.
Thanks Drew!
I just used a step up converter and a 3.5 inch plug, and feed it from my power bank I had laying around.
nice quick nod
I've thought about using a balance plug. Then any 3s will work.
Thats a good idea
I installed a 2s 2400mAh LiPo inside the cyclops.
I heard that you have to tape one of your eyelids shut during use in keeping with the name of the product
+Tom Townsend true!, that's why they can sell these for $56 only you have to buy two, one for each eye!!!
Stuck on what to get for a battery... you say 1300... I assume it's a 3S? (still not too hip on batteries yet...)
Yes 3s
Do you think that connection is going to last? I dont expect that the cable they have used is a quality one. it looks so thin that I expect the wire will fracture at the solder joint.
+paulham it should last just fine, that's why put the heat shrink on there for stress relief
how does it compare to the v2
+dean lord I have a full review on my channel
what antenna do you use??
TBS crossfire
van you put diversity antenna
+Bob Barker yes, with heavy modification, I really don't think it's worth it
