Thank you Pierre! So fascinating - I'm here after trying a wine that wasn't to my liking recently, letting it breathe and it magically transforming into something completely delicious! So I have finally had my eyes opened to the power of aerating a wine!

I 100 per cent agree. I just bought an expensive bottle of wine to try that was recommended by the store employees. At first I was grumpy and thought I had been given bad advice. But after letting it breathe, I was blown away. It was worth it every cent.

As an active wine cinnesouerr i can testify that all wines taste better when it breathes and it is so enjoyable. Please di not enjoy any wine immediately after remiving the cork. Let the wine breathe in the glass for 20+ minutes.
Sip to sample immediately after opening vs. A sip 20 minutes later. You will see that this is a fact.

Tannic acid is pronounced as written. Your pronunciation was tananic acid.
Just a suggestion. Watch your videos. You can improve by practicing your presentation over and over until you know the material. Once you do this all you need is an outline in front of you instead of a word by word speech.
If you do this your credibility will go up exponentially.
Credibility comes from someone that knows a subject well. You likely know this material very well but stumbling through while reading a speech is hard to watch. In spite of the good information.
    You can do much better.
Have someone you know well watch your video and let them tell you honestly what they think.
Speech classes and public speaking classes are excellent.

I am planning to drink wine for heathy benefits with an allowable amount of 250-300 ml per day, does wine breathing makes any changes to the components, or breathe is necessary to unlock the reverberators and antioxidants of wine .

I use a wine aerating pourer and decanter spout into my glass, let it sit for about 15 min. I take 2 sips. Wait 5 minutes, then I swirl it and then go to town.

I think that letting red wine breathe makes it more mallow tasting and less tart. Great vid. I subscribed.
