Sir,
I had been following you along with this while servicing my Hitachi. The metal perforated disks are not all the same diameter. After trying to place the first disk at the bottom of the
dryer canister , I was having trouble getting it to lie flat as you put it. Actually it got jammed
in and I had to deform it a little to get it out. I stopped and looked at all 3 disks and one is
smaller and fits easily in the bottom. The other 2 fit fine near the top. It is an important detail that should be noted......

Hello there. make and year of my vehicle is 2002 4.4 L322. when I just got my car, there were strokes on the rear right side and when I started the car was straightened. As I left, it became difficult for my car to get up. and now I turn the switch 20 30 times, the car starts with power. Is this problem caused by the filter?
Do you have rebuild kits for the Discovery 5?
Can the filters be washed?
What is the main problem of that?

My car brings up normal height only after 5mins driving every time, plugged in found a pressure fault on the compressor is it possible that cleaning the breathing system out will fix it
Hi, Pressure faults are usually due to a part of the compressor failing ,air leaks ,worn piston seals ,worn air dryer filtration ,worn delivery valve and air leaks on vehicle and porous air receiver tank.

Yes you can try disconnecting the 8mm black pipe at the back of the compressor near the cylinder head and as long as you can hear the compressor run ! see if the problem goes away ,we suspect your compressor will need our c1a20 main repair kit ,the main thing is the electric motor spins over healthy enough ,the rest can be sorted.
Hi I’m having issue installing back the hose onto the blue cap dryer any help on having it stay on is not clipping on
Normally the collet inside of the blue fitting becomes worn and sometimes doesnt grip the pipe, these original land rover covers are a weak link and it's better to replace with our proven replacement cover .

If you connected your compressor up on the bench to the red + n black- wires on the compressor to a 12 volt car battery and the compressor doesn't run ,we suspect that the motor is burned out or as a malfunction! so our kit won't repair the motor.

A rebuild kit will help a compressor that does not turn on if the reason it wont turn on is desiccant dust blocking the exhaust valve. A common fault.
Particularly with this fault code. C1A13-64 - Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery
