I just finished the Alaska/Deadhorse trip this year. I saw all these tires on route. Several people had the Motaz, and by the time they got to the dirt and mud of the haul road none of them were good enough. Personally i changed out an 80/20 Anakee Adventure in Fairbanks for a TKC 80 for the dirt and mud, did beautifully, and had enough tread left to get myself back to the lower 48. Mine was an 8000 mile trip, 2 set of tires, no regrets. If you don’t have the right tires you can still make it, but you may have to wait 3-4 days for the conditions to be right to finish the ride, saw some Harley’s on road tires do that too. Damn that chandelier shelf.
Nice work on the completion of your trip! Sounds.... AMAZING! This is a great example of a specific tire is good for specific "legs of a trip" and no "single tire" is prefect. I'd love to see your recap video!
Having tried almost every adventure tyre on the market from a Dunlop 606 to a Bridgestone Battleaxe, I can honestly say the Motoz tyres are the best I have ever used. The Tractionator Adventure gives exceptional grip in all conditions, including wet pavement, sand, gravel and mud with and exceptionally long life of 8000km-plus. I am yet to find better and with be sticking with these Aussie beauties for the foreseeable future.
finally someone is doing the proper job on the tires! it's been up for two years, but i just stumbled across it. it's a well deserved sub sir! expecting more to come :)
Thanks! 👍. Yes, more to come. There have been 6 new tires I have tested since this video was made. Need to put them into my ranking list... and I will release a Best ADV Tires for 2025 here in a bit. Thanks for the Sub!
Hey Kyle, great round up of the 50/50 tires. I think a lot of folks considering a 50/50 tire for their big adventure bikes want to consider road noise as one of their criteria. I've ridden the Karroo 3, the Trail Max Mission, the Motoz Adventure front and rear, and the Motoz Adventure Rear/Dual Venture front. All on a R1200GS. My Trailmax was the quietest, when it was fresh it did pretty well on dirt and gravel but sucked in the mud. It did really well on loose and jagged rocks. It felt great on the road and after 7000 miles I took it off and yet it still has tread left for next summer road trips. I also rode my friends r1200gs with Karoo 3's, it hooked up better in the dirt than the TrailMax but was noisy as hell and also vibrates. before the Trailmaxs I had the Motoz Tractionator Adventure on the front and rear and they hooked up as well as the Karoo 3's but the front was noisy and cupped quickly and vibrated at low speed on the road. Now I have a fresh Adventure Rear and the Dual Venture front and it hooks up great in dirt and gravel, feels very smooth on the road, and it's almost as quiet as the Trailmax. I think for the kind of riding I do (50/50) the Motoz Adventure Rear with Dual Venture Front is a great combo. If I'm going to do a multi state road trip with some gravel roads I put the Trailmax back on.
Fantastic feedback! Yes, the Karoo 3 are some of the bumpiest tires I have ridden on an ADV bike and they are loud too. The Desert HT is the LOUDEST ADV tire I have ever run... like a 4x4 truck on super swampers is running next to you the entire ride... WOW! I had an issue judging noise as I as on like 9 different bikes for all of these tires. The bikes with the Yosh and Leo pipes "tire noise" was not so apparent. However... the Africa Twin, CB500X BMW with stock mufflers the noises were much more pronounced. Thanks for your support! I too LOVE the ADV and DV combo as an all around 50/50 set-up.
Another important thing to consider is puncture resistance. A softer tire with big gaps between knobs can increase the chance for puncture. Also the stiff sidewall has advantages when hitting rocks and protecting the rims. In that regard it seems the motoz and trailmax have a real edge in both these things. And maybe the trailmax because of the narrow grooves between tread blocks and having the stiffest sidewall.
Spot on. My buddy and I went to the top of the Yukon and Alaska with those two tires last year. The Trailmax went the entire 10k mile trip with no issues. Sharp rocks punctured tiny little holes in the MotoZ between the blocks. We had to use tire goop to keep the air in.
Grabbed some Bridgestone Ax41 and after scrubbing in almost prefer them to the Dunlop Mission Tour street bias tyres! Incredible grip, feel snd accelleration on tarmac. In the dirt its on another level. So easy to power slide. So much feel and control snd confidence inspiring. Mskes me ride better. Closest to the unicorn of the adventure tyres I’ve tried
I rode to the Arctic 3 times and I’m going again this year (depending on Covid restrictions). For this trip I’ll use the MotoZ Adventure rear and Rally front. This is 6,000 miles round trip for me.
11,000 miles and counting on my Trailmax Missions on an R1200GS. They'll go to 14-15,000 I think. But they are very hard. Would not run them on a powerful bike without traction control. Pretty slippery in the rain. Happy with them on the street and gravel/dirt.
Ran a Trailmax Mission on a trip from Bama to Big Bend To Southwest Colorado and back. Mainly 2 lane highway and back roads. Some trails. Phenomenal tire for that. Next trip, TAT from Atlantic coast to the Mississippi River, which would you prefer. I am thinking the Motoz…. Bike is a 2020 Africa Twin AS.
I came here as recommended by Big Rock Moto, and was not disappointed! Awesome info here, Kyle! I'm going to be purchasing a 2025 Africa Twin, in the next few months. The OE tires, as I understand it, are street tires. I plan on using them for the 600 mile break-in period of the engine, only, then switch to a solid 50/50 or 30/70. My focus is going to be off-road, my problem is how much on-road I have to travel to get to the off-road. I've never changed a tire on my bikes before, and from the little savings I've seen contrasted by my love of high(er) mileage tires, the savings seem to be negligible. It's a decent task to try and nail down what kind of tires you want/need. I live in the city, with the trails I'd like to ride, anywhere from 5 miles away to 15 miles away, or greater. Under 4,000 miles of wear for a tire is a deal-breaker for me. I plan on riding fire-roads to begin with, but if I hit sketchy terrain, whether mud, snow, sand, steepish hill, or what have you, I'd like to know I'll be able to get out of the situation. I've been doing some research on YT, and I thought I had come to the conclusion of going with the Dunlap Trailmax, which seem to have excellent mileage! Tgen I started looking at the Dunlap Mission (for better off-road). Now that I've seen your video, the Motoss tire you mentioned sounds like a great choice, but again it seems like it's significantly less mileage wear than the Trailmax. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@@manybikes Wow, much thanks for the help! I work nights, so I'll be sleeping soon. Also, I won't be purchasing for a few months, so the info isn't imminently needed. Whatever is convenient for you is fine. I'm just trying to get my info straight so I can hit the ground running... or riding. 😄
Best tire reviews on the internet. Hands down. Since getting into Adventure bike riding the last couple of years, I have watched your reviews several times, and referred them more times then I could count! Keep up the great content!
I'm putting the Motoz ralley 120/80 on my street legal Honda XR650R. LA to colorado to catch the Trans continental Trail. Thanks for the insight you helped in my decision.
Excellent summary, thanks Kyle. One thing you should add as a point of difference between the Motoz Adventure and RallZ: the RallZ (and the GPS) has extra silica and is designed for improved wet performance. The Adventure is ok for DRY mileage, but if you ride in the wet, either on-road or off, consider the RallZ.
My Guzzi came with Anakee Adventure equipped and they’ve been great. I’d like to have a bit more confidence up front on those sand roads, so I think you sold me on the Anakee Wild. I put down a lot of miles so I don’t want to give too much of that up. Thanks for the reviews.
More than most think, that’s for sure! Riding a 600 lb motorcycle with 125 hp… it doesn’t matter “too much” but a 250 lb bike with 40 hp it makes a HUGE difference!!!
Glad to hear the Trailmax is more of a 70/30. Just got an old 650GS with one on the front nad a knobby on the rear. Going to get a new one for the rear so they match.
I have run 2 sets of Anakee Wilds (approx. 5k miles/set) on my T7 and totally agree with your assessment of that tire. Great traction, decent tread life, and good price for what you get. I'm going with Motoz Adventures for my TAT ride next summer and it sounds like that'll be a good choice as well. Thank you for a great review and keep them coming!
We're on the same bike! I'm just over 5k on the OE tires and liking the Michelins. How are they on the road/highway? My on/off road ratio is more road biased than I would like at the moment, i have a LONG commute (100 mile round trip). When not doing that I'm looking for practice dirt.
@@PrestonVB Like most knobbies, the Anakee Wilds will get prematurely chewed up on tarmac. They do grip pavement fairly well and you get plenty of warning just before they break free. I'd look for a more 70/30 tire for your long commute and occasional dirt forays.
I just ordered a front Motoz adventure 90/90-r21 for the front and a Anakee Wild 140/80-r18 for the back, after watching countless of your videos, I believe that a very good set since I couldn't find the rear Motoz in a tubeless configuration, that's why I went for the Anakee wild instead
G'day Kyle, Great comparison! I'm sure I'm not the only one that would be very interested in a similar comparison for tubed tyres for lighter adventure bikes like the Tenere 700 and limited to those that have sidewalls that are soft enough to enable trackside puncture repair with a decent set of tyre levers. Cheers, Luke
@@manybikes N + 1 applies :-) I watched your comparison and then went searching for tubed versions of your top recommendations and didn't find many options.
I love your depth of knowledge and the time you dedicate to both testing and reviewing tires for us. One thing I do find lacking in most of the "adventure tire" reviews is commentary on noise and vibration. Remember, the entire segment we now call "ADV" is shorthand for "adventure touring." Which implies living with a tire for long stretches of time on the road. I ran a set of Anakee Wild tires that performed exactly as you said, excellent road handling, reasonable treadlife, and sure-footed off-road traction. They were amazing brand new. But by the time they were worn about 50% they became exceedingly noisy and the front transmitted a lot of vibration through the handlebars. The knobs also began to cup significantly along the biting edge from heavy braking. The noise and vibration got so bad that I will likely not consider another set for my bike. More recently, due to a financial crunch that made buying new tires a challenge, I was gifted a front K60 Scout and a rear Shinko 805. Much to my surprise, the 805 is quite smooth and quiet riding on my bike, but the K60 up front is exceptionally noisy. Where the Anakee Wild had a loud, bassy growl, the Scout whines like a jet engine. So there are two tires I'd likely not consider again. Noise and vibration are key factors in shopping for a true adventure touring tire, so any comparative info you can provide would be hugely helpful. All those 50/50 tires you compared here are highly rated for traction and handling. But I would definitely buy the one that is the quietest and smoothest riding.
Thank you for watching and thank you for this detailed comment / inquiry. The AX41 and the Dunlop TrailMax Mission would be two of my top recommendations. The AZ41 to replace the Anakee Wild and the Mission to replace the K60 Scout. All tires have some sort of issue at some point in their lifespan. The new Motoz Dual Venture is a great front tire too. It needs to be rotated every 1500 miles or so (as soon as west is noticed) and then it keep like new characteristics for its entire lifespan… I’ve gotten 9k from one of them! Others I wasn’t so diligent and they lastsed half as long
@manybikes Thanks so much for the info on the Dual Venture! The other two I've watched quite a lot of reviews of and both were going to be top contenders for my next set of tires. But I was unfamiliar with the Dual Venture. 9k is really solid life from a fairly aggressively knobbed front. And being able to reverse mount it to even the wear is a nice feature.
@@prepper_nation_h yes Sir! When worn, it has the same downfalls of the other Knobbies. If switched often it retains the characteristics we love and it’s not too loud.
Like the others have said, I really appreciate your review of these tires. I've taken your advice for a few purchases! Two things you may consider including: 1) the difference in cost verses avg mileage. For example, the AX-41 may only have an avg life span. But it cost about $100 LESS than a set of MotoZ Adv Tractionators. (I've used both.) 2) I'm curious about the more aggressive tires that Mitas and Golden tyre offer. Be well! And thanks!
Good call! Thank you for your support. With most people not changing their own tires and a 2k lifespan on the AX41 vs 4k+ on the Motoz a $50 tire change will eat inot that pretty quickly. I too want to run some more Mitas and GoldenTyres. TOUGH TO GET!
Agree with last comment. You have given more information about adventure tires than ANY other. I also am obligated to purchase my tires from you. Really appreciate what you do thanks. And Rallyz for me!!!
Thank you for your support. Lots of time and effort went into these tests. Even a little big of blood, a few broken parts, lots of sweat and only tears on a couple occasions. But... its all worth it!
Really solid review. I went from TKC80s to the TKC70 Rocks on my R1200GS because I wanted better street performance. The 70 Rocks is “enough” in the dirt, but it requires me to pick my line and be conservative with what I’ll attempt in the dirt. I’m eyeballing the AX41s so I can be more adventurous off road without giving up street performance.
WARNING! Once you ride the AX41 you will be in LOVE but... you will be changing tires every 2k or so... The TKC70 Rocks I have found to be similar on the road but about 30% less capable off road as compared to the AX41. Have fun!
Thank You, Kyle! I worked myself into a good tire tissy over what to ride to Alaska and back. It seems most tire opinions are biased by individual riding style. This video does a great job presenting the pros and cons of each tire for different riding styles. Well done! It's the Tractionator Adventure for me on GSA 850, knobs for the dirt and gravel, and the durability to get me there on the road. Thanks again for all your hard work on this topic! PS. noises level and vibes on the road would be helpful:)
Thanks for watching. If you'd like to purchase the Motoz Adventure DM me in IG or FB and I can get you taken care of... It is a great tire! Vibes and noise... CHECK! I do have another video I created that covers all of that in a past life of mine ;)
I think your assessment of that trail Max mission is spot on. I think a lot of us out here agree with you. I've even heard other guys with internet videos about tires say it's more of a street bias tire. Some of us need exactly 70/30 and that's important to have that information. I'm on the occasional dirt road, I'm on the occasional two-track fire road. That's it
The TrailMax Mission tire is perfect for what you are describing. It is smooth like a street tire and similar in performance to a 50/50 knobby tire but just a little less aggressive. Great tire none the less.
Exactly what I need. Does a tire weight makes difference on bikes with lower power (cb500x is 35Kw), that seems to be only downside. It is almsot twice as heavy as Michelin Adventure for example.
Hi Kyle, another great summary of the most on demand tires for adventure riders. I must say you helped me a lot in choosing the tires for my KTM 1190 Adv-R, not only for your professional point of view but also because we are riding the same bike. I usually ride on a mix of gravel/mud/sand. I am on the second set of Michelin Anakee Wild, I can't ask for more. Besides, they perform very well also on tarmac (dry and wet). Thanks again for the awesome job you have done in reviewing all these tires!
In this video I gave the strengths of each tire… the things it does “better than others” in this group. In my detailed Ride reviews I hold nothing back and tell it how it is! That is where I discuss the darker side of some of these tires ;) Not all tires are created equal even though the are all round and made of rubber. Thanks for watching!
Man I can’t describe how much your videos have assisted with selecting adv tyres. Would just love to get your thoughts on front tire choice versus rear tire choice. Currently running Rallz f/r on my Tiger 900 but have previously used a softer front which balances wear rates (Motoz Adv rear with Pirelli Scorpion Rally front).
Congrats Kyle for landing on your feet, this is God's Work checking out tires for us all and giving CONSISTANT reliable feedback. It was sad days to find out you were no longer with Chaparral, they truly lost a quality guy. I too will be following your and patronizing your shop(s). Thanks for all you do! 👍
What an excellent review! Really clear with great description - really helped me in my search for new tires. I also appreciated the insert of the tire data. Thanks!
Excellent video - thank you for sharing your wisdom! I have a 2007 KTM 640 Adventure and my riding experience is heavily-biased to off-road. I currently have DOT approved knobbies, so like a 20/80% on/off road bias. They are not always confidence-inspiring on pavement and are certainly more noisy than most other 50/50 tires I have ridden with, but are excellent in deeper gravel and the dirt; noisy on the road and wear quickly. However, I am looking to move back to more of a 50/50 setup as I want to ride a couple of dual-sport loops into Montana (Whitefish area) and the eastern Kootenay's (Grey Pass) in Canada this summer. I stick to paved secondary highways, dirt double track and gravel roads (these can be more dirt, to double track-worn 'grooves' where the vehicles have pushed the gravel away, to more uniform loose gravel.) Rarely do I ride deep gravel. I want to be able to have the tire longevity to get a 3000-4000 kms out of them this summer to complete these trips without having to replace them during the loops. I estimate the rides will be 50-70% paved with the rest dirt and loose gravel. I weigh 215lbs (plus another 40-ish pounds of gear.) (The Dunlop Trailmax Mission sounded/looked good at 50/50 but given it's weight and I am on a 640, kind of made me wonder...) What would you recommend? Thank you again!
Awesome!!! Your 640 us a unicorn of a bike.... super fun! For your bike and the riding you will be doing, I would recommend the Motoz RallZ in the rear and the Tube Type Dual Venture tire in the front. The street grip / confidence is fantastic and the off-road nature of the tire is fantastic. I think you will be impressed.
It was your videos that sold me on the Motoz Tractionator ADV tires . With the super limited offroad riding I have done the difference in Tractionator ADV tires and the stock Tenere 700 tires is night and day , love them . Grip so well and are very confidence inspiring . Thanks again Kyle .
Thank you very much for all of your in-depth reviews! Most people are concerned about rear tires and rear tire mileage, but I personally have struggled with finding a front tire I like. Any chance you could dive into some front tire reviews? All my buddies run the TKC80 front but I hate how quickly it gets cupped and it never lasts as long as my rear tire (Motoz Adventure) and I've just had the same experience with the Bridgestone front. Would be great to get some of your mileage/testing/networking expertise on the best front tires for mileage+traction+on road performance. Thanks again for all your hard work!
Well, thank you for your comment. Front tires are typically paired with the rear and typically last longer than the rear tires and most people swap them both at the same time. I have tried many different combos and do have some feedback. I am working on a front tire video... stay tuned! Thanks for your support.
I literally just bought a motoz tractionator gps for my rear and a Dunlap trailmax mission for the front. I installed them both on my DR650 and I can't believe how great they are. Awesome combo!
Good Morning Excellent comparison, thank you very much. My question is about the noise. I used the TKC80, it's a very silent tire, I switched to Anakee Wild and I think it's very noisy. I have friends who have the Motoz, it's an excellent tire but extremely noisy. I want to buy an AX41 set, what can you tell me about the noise? Thank you very much and I apologize for my failures in English.
I LOVE the AX41 and it is pretty quite as compared to some of the others. The TKC80 is "middle of the road" when it comes to noise in my book and the Karoo 3 are some of the bumpiest tires I have ridden on an ADV bike and they are loud too. I think you will be happy with the noise level of the AX41 tires.
Thanks about for your knowledge of these tires. I've been using (ktm 990 adventure) several anakee wilds front 4 pcs/rear 4pcs and mileage was in front about 15000km/rear 7000km. Very good tire indeed. Another my favourite tire is this motoz tractionator adventure. Great mileage (rear driven 14980km and then change another new one) and good traction in all surface.
Hello Kyle, Great informative presentation of different tires. I always look at your UA-cam informative films, great job time after time. I am looking for some advise on the following. We are planning a trip in May of about 2500 miles. This will be a mix of tarmac and off-road. My current choise is the MOTOZ Tractionator adventure or Rallz. Now I heard through experience that these tires gives a wobble at higher speeds. The new MOTOZ adventure front tire would minimise that. However that tire is not available in the Netherlands (as far as I know). What tire would you be advising to minimise the wobbling at higher speeds. It would be great if that front tire would last 3000 miles as well. Thanks for your support. Greetings Jan
Thank you for your support Jan Wigger. The Motoz RallZ rear tire should get you about 4k miles and the Adventure 6 to 8k depending on how you ride it. Bummer the new Dual Venture tire is not available where you are at... I would recommend a Dunlop TrailMax Mission, Anakee Wild or TKC80 as your front tire choice depending on how aggressive you want to go. Cheers!
Great job. Mine is crf300rally. 30% street, 50% gravel, 20% hard sand. I use the bike for touring and sightseeing off the beaten tracks. I am a tourist, not competitor. The bike is originally equipped with rather aggressive knobs that are wearing down. Your tires seem more for the big advs. what is your suggestion for my bike ?
Thanks for watching! The new Tusk WayPoint might be a great tire for your type of riding. www.rockymountainatvmc.com/tires-and-wheels/tusk-waypoint-adventure%E2%84%A2-tire-p?ref=1068&
I have an R1100GS that is currently fitted with a Motoz Desert HT rear and Shinko 804 Front. I do mostly fast dirt roads and occasional atv/utv trails at my local OHV trail system. I also love carving some corners in the twistys but really have a dedicated track bike for that. I’m somewhere between the Rallz, Wild, and Bridgestone. What would you do? Love the Desert HT but the noise is too much. Thanks for the amazing review video!
How do/did you like the 804 up front? I have an 805 rear, currently, paired with a K60 Scout up front. I hate the K60 because it is so noisy, but my 805 in back has been remarkably smooth and quiet. Was wondering if the 804 is likewise smooth and quiet-ish as a front option?
@@prepper_nation_h it was great for on road and not bad off road. I switched to the Motoz Rallz and lost some on road cornering and braking stability but gained some confidence off road and in mud.
For those of us who ride in the ice and snow, the silica/natural rubber compound in the Motoz tires is OUTSTANDING. I've not been able to try the SIO compound for Hiedenau, but so far for me the Motoz Adventure is light years beyond anything else I've tried in ice and snow. Really spectacular tire. Just something to keep in mind - maybe you don't ride in winter, but are looking at spring/fall trips in the mountains, where who knows what the weather may do.
Right on! Motoz RallZ in the Snow! Check this out: ua-cam.com/video/01Jx4bpEbMs/v-deo.html They do an outstanding job for sure. I am looking forward to the Heidenau Ranger... That might bring some competition to the table ;)
Hey ! Great content as always, thank you! I have a question for you: Motoz isn’t very spread across the European market… and I’m looking for a more aggressive tire than my current Anakee Wild that are good on dry terrain, but show their limits when it gets soft and muddy. As my Africa Twin is tubeless, i don’t have lots of options: Mitas E-09 or Motoz RallZ. The Mitas is really a good agressive 80% off road, I can’t go wrong with it. However the RallZ is advertised as the most off road oriented tyre of the brand but i seriously doubt it’s more than 50%… Finally comes my questions: - How do you position the Motoz RallZ compared to a Mitas e-09 in terms of off road abilities ? - Could you add Mitas tires in your reviews ? - What other more agressive tubeless tire could you think about that could fit my africa twin, than the two I mentioned for soft and muddy terrains ? Thanks a lot !!
Thanks for your feedback and inquires Anthony. The Motoz RallZ or the Motoz Desert HT will be the tow most aggressive tires you can run on your Tubeless bike. The E10 and E09 are also Great Choices. I have run the Mitas and have tested them, but I have a hard time getting ahold of them here. If I were in your shoes I'd run the RallZ.
Thanks for your very quick answer ! mitas is easy to get here, and half the price of the motoz. Last two questions for you: So according to you the RallZ is as off road oriented as the E09 ? And as a Motoz experienced pilot, does the RallZ has good traction in the mud? I’m asking because I assume the compound is rather hard if it has a high mileage, which isn’t the best for soft terrain. Thanks !!
@@YauteAdventure Yes and Yes. The Rallz is great in mud and lasts a long time. It’s tread depth is deeper than the Mitas and thus some of the extra mileage. Both are great tires.
Don't know about the RallZ but I've run both the Mitas E10 and E09. There's not much between them for traction IMO but the E09 has bigger tread depth and lasted about 50% longer. Trying the E07+ now and I've just done a 4500km trip both tarmac and gravel with a bit of soft stuff using them and they handled everything well and have lots of tread left. Should get 8-10,000 km from them I'm guessing. I'll be putting the E09's back on when they are shot though, love them and they have better off-road capabilities. The E10 is rated a bit higher in terms of top speed but with the E09 at 170kph that's enough for me. Triumph Scrambler XE.
Great review Kyle! I took your advice on the RallZ and mounted a set on my T7 for my 11,000 mile 53 day TAT trip. I live in Virginia and did a little more than the TAT Trail including some Continental divide trail, Moab Hell’s revenge and slick rock, up to Jackson Hole etc. I replaced them with the same in Oregon with 6,000 miles on them. I did the Pacific Coast Highway, California desert Barstow to Vegas, then home (4,000 miles) and still had a good bit of tred left. Traction was not as good as the MotoZ Hard Terrain but quieter on the highway and better grip in the twisties. Overall I am very pleased with them. When I got home I installed a set on my wife’s KTM 390 Adventure. Have you ever run RallZ rear with H/T front? I feel that might be a good setup in the woods with soft or muddy conditions but a tad sketchy on the road. Thanks, Jason
Great follow-up Jason! Your trip sounds like it was AMAZING!!! We should have hooked up (not like that... but for a ride) when you were passing through! I'd travel any where south of Vegas from the water to NM.... Food for thought. The Desert HT is a 90% off road tire and it DOES out perform the Rallz in the technical dirt, but the RallZ is much better on the road. I HAVE run the Desert HT up front and the RallZ in the rear... but for the 390 Adv I would recommend the Tube Type Dual Venture tire in the front and the RallZ on the rear. That combo is SWEET! See it here: ua-cam.com/video/slwOrgkFSP8/v-deo.html Thanks for your support, see you around.
When we headed out to ride the NMBDR I put the Motoz Adv on my Africa Twin and my brother put Mitas E10 on his Tiger 800XCA, about 700 miles the E10 was showing a lot of wear at 1500 miles it had very little traction left by time we got back to the truck it was 2500mi of mostly dirt sand & rocks the E10 rear tire was pretty much slick & the front was showing quite a bit of wear. My Motoz still looked like they had 60% of the tread left if not more worth the little bit of extra money for sure. they handle much better than I expected on pavement I am very impressed with them. The only place I thought the E10 might have been better was on hard pack roads with lose rock/gravel the Motoz tires felt hard (running 30psi) and it seemed like they might have been a bit sketchier or maybe my brother was just more comfortable on that surface than me. Just about everybody I talked to said they wanted the Motoz for their next tires I always told them to buy it from you guys. Thanks for all the great info
AMEN! That is pretty close to the same results I have had with the same tires. New I REALLY like the MItas, even better than the Motoz... But 1500 miles in It was getting sketchy. The RallZ is the Go-To Tire for So Many People due to these reasons. Thanks for sharing!
Hey Kyle, I ride a 2019 1250 GS as my only means of transportation so it has to be able to commute with comfort as well as support my weekend adventures for camping etc. I ran a set of the trail max missions and loved their mileage and pavement performance but found them to be seriously lacking in any type of mud or wet earth situation. After getting stuck once and having to hike out 7 miles for help and having them slide sideways into a mud hole another time I abandoned that tire. I ride alone 99% of the time so getting stuck is not acceptable. I’m currently on a set of the Moto Z tractionaters and my main complaint with them, truly my only complaint after 7000 miles, is that they howl like a banshee between 35 and 70 mph. I’ve been looking at the Anakee wild as it is reported to have good manners off and on road. Can you comment on road noise of this tire, or any other of the 50/50’s you’ve tested? All your testing and documentation and comments are much appreciated.
Awe, thanks for your kind words. The Motoz GPS is what I’d suggest in the rear and Dual Venture up front. 12k mile set of tires that work really well everywhere. The Anakee Wild is great but I fount it to last less than 4k miles abs for me was noisier than others.
My experience is that the Anakee Wild lulls you into a false sense of comfort initially because when they are brand new they are *relativity* quiet and smooth, but after you've worn them in 25-50% they get really quite noisy and transmit a lot of vibes through the handlebars. At least that was my experience on my DL650. They are great performers in all other respects, though, but I would avoid buying them again myself just due to noise and vibration.
Good to know. Sorry to hear about not liking the Trailmax anymore. Our group ran them on the TAT, and put about 8k miles on them, though at the end they were slipping in sandy stuff.
Sorry if I gave that impression of the TrailMax tire... It is a fantastic tire! It is heavy and it is not "as aggressive" as the other tires in this line-up. It is the perfect tire for many folks... And I would run it in certain situations. It's just not aggressive enough to be my "Go-To" tire. Thanks for watching!
@@manybikes just to be clear, love the video. The Dunlops are a very heavy tire, and I am now just curious to see what other tires feel like. I'm only sad to see it because I recently had another set of Dunlops put on! Ha!
Hello Kyle, thanks for the video! All things considered does the TKC80 still have its place out there or is it a dated tyre that is a little less than competition on every aspect ? Thanks again for the amazing work! Cheers
Great summary as usual Kyle, thanks! I'm planning a long trip for the summer which will hopefully include a lot of off-road riding. Have really liked the AX41 I have on the back, but it's nearly shot at 1500. Looks like the MotOz Adventure GPS might be the best choice (have not read all the comments here so hopefully more input there as well). How about some info on fronts? Not as critical? I have had a Shinko 804 for over two years...wore out three 805s and the AX41...and still has usable tread; has been good in every condition I've ridden but have no experience with other brands to compare. Would a matching MotOz be a good choice or just stick to what I know? Cheap too =)
@@manybikes Based on your previous tests i was leaning towards the Motoz Adventure front, but will check out your reviews of the DV. So appreciate your responses to all the comments.
motoz tractionator gps and heiden..k60 are long-wearing, center tread dominant, not as good in wet roads as shinko 705/805... although plenty stay safe using them, just get used to the slide in corners when wet, read up on their characteristics. I've run bias and radial 805's, and 705 and would not hesitate to take 705 anywhere except mud or several days of deep sand, it did 100 in CO BDR many rocky passes/steep/ streams/sand, grips like crazy out there on angular granite dust/sand/stone/streams
@@galehess6676 Thanks for the response Gale! I ended up with a GPS on the rear and another 804 on the front on my wire wheels. Surprisingly, the GPS started tearing after 500 miles. Motoz stood up and is in the process of replacing it at no charge (and they accepted a change in size since I subsequently bought a 17 GSA during the process). I kept a set of 705s on my alloys and I agree, they are a great, inexpensive, all-rounders. I do wear them out fast though, rear never lasting more than 4K. I recently bought the GSA, used, fitted with near new Anakee 3s (had a set on my GS last year for a month long trip...great tire on pavement and got over 8K miles out of the rear!), so that "new" GPS may sit on the shelf a while (or sold off)
@@orangelion03 never a dull moment with tires lol. Last month I got 5k on 705 loaded touring, about 600+ off pavement in CO (Ophir 2x, Corkscrew, Cinnamon, Imogene, Kebler, et al). Going to try TKC 70's now, dual compound, may try 70 Rocks rear and do NEBDR next month. Shinkos have always stood up to what I can dish out, but I am not fast, just moderate, but was air born a few inches 3 dozen times in a day on section 3. I did rip the rocks as fast as I could on a Vstrom 650 XT but suspect larger bikes dish more pain lol. poor tires.
I’m about to swap out my Dunlop TMM tires on my 1290 SAS. I got 12,500 miles out of the rear and >20,000 miles out of the front. That said, the last ~3K miles have been all on road (mainly winter commuting), and probably wouldn’t recommend these past 10K miles on the rear and 16K miles on the front for anything off road due to the loss of tread depth. For my purposes, the Dunlop Trailmax Mission has been the perfect combination of compromises, but everyone’s needs are different.
Hey mate 👋👍🏼 Realy appreciate the time and research you put in to which makes life a much easier for all ADV riders. Just wanted to ask how many miles / kilometres you got out of Bridgestone AX41 Adventure cross on the 390? Was it more then the heavier bikes? I own a 390Adv and am guessing you might have got more miles on the 390 being a much lighter bike. Thanking you in advance, Appreciate the feed back 👍🏼 @mrluxta
I couldn’t get my hand on the Ax41 ended up with Karoo 3 for my KTM 390 Adv. So fare after 5000km rear is at roughly 50% which I’m happy with cause most was street riding. The front 😣 Off road it has a mind of its own 🤭 Keeps sweeping left and right and doesn’t really give me much confidence. Not sure if it’s caused by the bike being light or because the 390 adv doesn’t have front end stabiliser/damper.
I had a set of TKC 80's on a DR-Z400s that lasted about 4000 miles. I replaced them with a set of MotoZ Desert H/T tires. The H/T's were much better in the dirt, OK on the highway, and lasted about 5000 miles. I replaced those with a set of MotoZ Adventure tires. Not quite as good in the dirt, OK on the highway, and also lasted about 5000 miles. I currently have a set of Motoz RallZ on an Africa Twin. So far, I think this is the best adventure tire, The rear wheel has about 10,000 miles on it. It looks like it could go 4000 more miles before I wouldn't want to ride it in the dirt. I've already replaced the front tire. I have a set of MotoZ GPS tires sitting at home waiting to go on, if the RallZ ever wear out. For reference, I had a 650 V-Strom running Heidenau K60 Scouts that had 15,000 miles on them. They could have gotten a few thousand more miles if that were on the asphalt. This is just my experience. I live in Western Washington, and I suspect the wet roads extend the range of my tires.
Holy Cow! That is a ton of miles on those tires! Nice work! Your bike plays a big role... the KLR gets similar mileage. KTM 1190 and 1290's ... they melt tires off. Thank you for sharing!
im on a tractionator GPS, im almost at 11k miles on these tires on a R1259GS, i cannot wait to get the GPS again. I am raping the twisties with these tires! excellent offroad to. U canot pay me enough to go on the Dunlop MIssion, i hate a heavy hard compound tire. the spacing on it u can tell is not going to be good oofroad. thanks Kyle.
@@manybikes - I am thinking of trying the RallZ rear and Dual Venture front on my 2019 KTM 690 Enduro. I think it will be a big upgrade for off-road vs the stock TKC80 and acceptable for on-road.
Great choice! Make sure you do the Tube Type on the 690 as the lugs are smaller and more aggressive. ua-cam.com/video/slwOrgkFSP8/v-deo.html The RallZ / DV combo will KILL the TKC80... you will see ;)
I agree with the trail max mission great on the highway. Finally someone tells how it is! I personally am going back to to cheap Shinko 804/805. That's because I got over 5k on them and they did great. I don't have the money, or time to constantly changing tires to find the best, of the best. I am listening hard to what he says out of the gate cuz he already speaking the truth.
Kyle your videos hands-down are the best the most informative you need to open your own online store I would buy everything from you.. The only thing that does suck is you give me so much information it’s hard to decide what tire I want to buy for my T 700
Awesome combo. That’s what I’m currently running on my 390 and just took off my 1190. 11k miles on the little bike and 6k on the big one. Soft sand… not so good, but pretty amazing elsewhere.
Have a look at my Instagram for the New Years Ride. The TKC70 Rocks did better than the Shinko E805 tires in the mud! They work really well. I suggest the TKC80 for the front or the Dunlop TrailMax Mission tire for a little smoother street ride with similar bite to the Rocks Rear. Thanks for watching!
I too have the TrailMax on my Yamaha Super Tenere and have about 18,000 km on them and should get another 6k out of them but will probably switch to the Motoz ones next. Great video Kyle!
The mileage is crazy but the tire measurements speak as to why. Both are great, that is for sure but you will feel a difference when you run the Motoz.
Does a heavy tyre offer more? Is it heavy due to more rubber? Better construction? More puncture resistance? More silicon? Or is lighter just made from more expensive yet lighter components? Should we consider one more over the other?
It depends on the tire. They are all so different. Some are just heavy rubber lugs while other are actually reinforced carcass' Some are horrible on the highway and others are great. HUGE VARIATION.
Welcome Mr. Beginner! I am stoked for you. Dual Sport / ADV is so fun and amazing. I LOVE Motoz tires. I would run the Motoz Enduro IT manybikes.company.site/products/MOTOZ-TRACTIONATOR-ENDURO-I-T-p649171775 I know you say you want a 80/20 ... if that is Dirt / Street, these are amazing. If that is Street / Dirt I would recommend the Continental TKC70 Rocks in the rear and a Dunlop TrailMax Mission up front. Or... the Bridgestone AT41. What kind of riding will you be doing?
@@manybikes Many thanks for your response. Looks like the response I typed up, I can't see anymore. I would like to do 50/50 riding. The reality in my part of Massachusetts is it will be 70 to 80 road 30 to 20 trails, if I can find them. I would still like to have the capability as much as possible with the mostly road riding capability not compromised too much. Hope to find the trials :) It seems finding right size for the tires you recommend can be an issue. If my rear tire is 100/100/18 what kind of play do I have with Width & Aspect ratio without compromising the performance of the smaller engine. Thank you.
I found Motoz Tranctionator to be loud, squirmy at higher speeds (80+ mph on pavement). On the plus side, I currently have 7k miles on them, probably have another 500 miles left to go.
There are many Tractionators… GPS, ADV, RallZ , Desert HT and Dual Venture. The Desert HT is the only one I find to be LOUD. The tube type DV is louder and squirmier than the Tubeless… by a lot. Traction and Mileage is unmatched in my opinion. Great tires overall.
Ha! Ha! Ha! The Karoo 4 looks like the offspring of the Karoo Extreme Rally tire and the Karoo 3 with tread height between the Karoo 3 and Karoo Street. It will be interesting and I will for sure run it when it is released.
Kyle, your experience and expertise are much appreciated, I really think you should have 5× your current number of subscribers... Could you do a video similar to this one focusing on 80/20 tires for 17/19in ADV bikes? Thanks a lot.
Thanks for your support. Yes, I totally should do an 80/20 video. Great suggestion. I dont have a local shop that carries stock any more... and they are unwilling to bring them in so I can shoot a video. With a retail price between $300 and $475 for each set of tires this is like $6k in tires!!!
@@manybikes That's unfortunate... You'd think they would see the benefit of supporting someone like you... From personal experience, what would you recommend for 80% on road (some highway but mostly twisties and commuting) and 20% off road (mostly fire roads and compact dirt)? Performance first, longevity second, weight third, price somewhat irrelevant. I currently ride a 1250 GS but already have put a deposit for the 1300 GS.
Yes I can... All of the full knobby tire have some road noise and vibration. The AX41 is the quietest, and probably the Anakee Wild as number 2, Kenda Big Block and Shinko E805 coming in next. The Motoz Adventure is pretty quiet, the RallZ is louder and the Desert HT is like a mud tire on a pickup truck. Good luck!
Its been asked a million times, but here goes for the best ADV tire. I don't care about noise, cost, or mileage. All I care about is the bite - on dirt, gravel, mud, and tight twisties. The Motoz Rallz front and rear do it all, great tires. My only beef is the flop into the turns on the tarmac. Is there any tire that will perform the same but doesn't have the weird feel? I have the trailmax mission and perform awesome on everything but mud, like a sportbike tire on the road and really good fast gravel. Thoughts???? Thanks!!!!! One more, where do the Mitas E12 E13 and NEW versions fall? Look really good, could they compete with the Motoz as far as off road bite and still scrap the pegs in the turns?
This review is amazing! I ride 90% street and canyons hardly any dirt roads or gravel, but love the look of the aggressive tread so I think based off this review I'll go with the Motaz Adventure if that's good for longevity and street twistys. I couldn't help but notice the difference in height on the trailmax mission vs the tractionator. I have a 2023 tiger 900 and really want a larger looking tire for that weird small 17" rim (most comparable motorcycles in that class and cc have 18" rears and 21" fronts). would love to see the Motaz adventure sitting next to that TM mission.
The TralMax Mission and the Motoz Adv are not even comparable. The Motoz is the way to go... the 17" rear is a problem. My favorite back there is the Continental TKC70 Rocks! with the TrailMax Mission as the front tire. Give that a shot! Check them out here: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/tires-and-wheels/motoz-tires?
I ended up going with the anakee wild for now. they’re brand new but feel reasonably solid. Gonna rock them for a year and see if a MOTOZ rear tire becomes available haha. What I really want to find is a stock “akront” 18” rim.

Fantastic feedback Andrew! Thanks for sharing.
finally someone is doing the proper job on the tires! it's been up for two years, but i just stumbled across it. it's a well deserved sub sir! expecting more to come :)
Thanks!
I would also like to thank you for your feedback. Between this video and your comment, I feel like I’m armed for my next adventure.
I really appreciate all the years and miles and information you have accumulated here. I've never seen such a complete comparison. Thanks.
My pleasure Larry! It's a labor of love for sure!
Yes, this is true. So many variables!
stiff walls can leak air.Making it necessary to keep checking air pressure.Especially tubeless.

Good to hear! I totally agree with your findings. The only downside is they don't last long.
I rode to the Arctic 3 times and I’m going again this year (depending on Covid restrictions). For this trip I’ll use the MotoZ Adventure rear and Rally front. This is 6,000 miles round trip for me.
Love it! Great tires for sure. Oh... I enjoy watching your channel too, keep it up!
Small world when I lived in MI I used to go to MCPS for my ninja 500 parts. I ended up getting an adv bike so I found this video. Thanks
Very cool!
11,000 miles and counting on my Trailmax Missions on an R1200GS. They'll go to 14-15,000 I think. But they are very hard. Would not run them on a powerful bike without traction control. Pretty slippery in the rain. Happy with them on the street and gravel/dirt.
Holy Cow!!! I agree with your suggestions re: the hardness.
Like the Trailmax Missions as well. Haven't had any issues on wet roads, notice they slip or slide in the looser materials though.
They tend to be seriously slippery in the rain.
Yes, for sure. I think it's the 80 hardness and the super round profile that creates less of a contact patch.

Awesome! Happy to be of assistance. Enjoy your trip!
100%... I have full videos on that topic and this was just a quick overview.
My Guzzi came with Anakee Adventure equipped and they’ve been great. I’d like to have a bit more confidence up front on those sand roads, so I think you sold me on the Anakee Wild. I put down a lot of miles so I don’t want to give too much of that up. Thanks for the reviews.
The Wild is a great tire. Thank you for your support!
Great review. So few people take into account how much tire weight impacts on acceleration, cornering, braking and gas mileage.
Nice!
Awesome! Thanks for your feedback!
@@jessepacht6382 another is the Dunlop Trailmax Mission. My only hangup on those is their weight. That KTM 1190 has twice the power we do
I just ordered a front Motoz adventure 90/90-r21 for the front and a Anakee Wild 140/80-r18 for the back, after watching countless of your videos, I believe that a very good set since I couldn't find the rear Motoz in a tubeless configuration, that's why I went for the Anakee wild instead
That combo is great. Please circle back and let me know how it works for you.
Yes, that would be a great series. I need to get an AdvLite bike to carry that one out ;)
@@manybikes N + 1 applies :-) I watched your comparison and then went searching for tubed versions of your top recommendations and didn't find many options.
@@manybikes You make a good point when factoring in having to pay for a tire change. Maybe it's worth mentioning!
Did not know they are so heavy.
Fantastic video, clear, helpful and not too fast so I can follow / understand.
Thanks for watching! Happy to be of assistance.
For me, performance in mud is significant criteria. Would like to see your reviews include that aspect/testing.
It is so hard for me to find mud here! I need to ship all of these tires somewhere muddy and rip them all... Want to come?
@@manybikes Heck ya. But need to recover from broken leg from snowboarding in February.
Have fun!
GS1200LC just fitted Pirelli STR rally, seem very good on and offroad and grip well on and offroad
Good tires for sure.
Thank you for switching to a post Industrial Age measuring system.
Ha! Ha! Ha! The hate mail I received when measuring in 32nds was STRONG! Like unbelievably strong. So... I report in both now ;) You are welcome.
Kyle new to off road and this is the most useful video that i have come across and really helps me understand tires, thank you very much.
Awesome! Welcome to the fun. It’s my pleasure and if you ever have any questions, just ask.
Glad to help! Nice bike too ;)
Nice, best review of tires? You didn't go negative at all on any of them, you have the talent to find positive sides out of everything :)
Which would you pick if you had a long stretch of twisty roads(and maybe push the bike a little) before you hit the dirt ?
Motoz RallZ. Hands Down.
Very educational for a guy new to dual sports
Happy to be of assistance!
Thanks for your support. I'd suggest the new Dual Venture front from Motoz. I think you will like it.
Once again very informative you're the reason I went with the tires I have now
Awesome! What did you go with?
Thanks Kyle, really well considered technical and experience led tyre reviews. Real ridden miles information. A reference video.
Much appreciated! Glad you enjoyed it. Putting down the miles and gaining the experience it would be a crime if I did not share it! Cheers!
Wow, this is my favorite videos in 2022
WoooHooo! Thanks for your support.
👍
Thank you for your kind words and support Dale! Good times!
Probably the best video on motorcycle tyres
Thanks for watching!
Really value your expertise Kyle. Thanks for indulging all of us tire geeks! Happy New Year and I hope 2022 is awesome for you.
Same to you!
What an excellent review! Really clear with great description - really helped me in my search for new tires. I also appreciated the insert of the tire data. Thanks!
My pleasure Rick. Happy you found it beneficial
Well done. It's a difficult job to test and categories so many tyres. Very useful, thanks
Labor of love for sure. I’ve been on the Karoo 4 for 2 weeks now and my initial thought video went live this morning. One more added yo the list.
Glad to help! Happy my suggestions have worked out for you. Thanks for watching!
@@manybikes Oh Yes! Thank you Sir, that is what we need and I am looking really forward to this.
I literally just bought a motoz tractionator gps for my rear and a Dunlap trailmax mission for the front. I installed them both on my DR650 and I can't believe how great they are. Awesome combo!
Heck yeah! I ran the Mission up front and the Adventure in the rear and it was a super combo! Nice work. It will last forever too ;)
@@manybikes thanks for the response Kyle! I'm a big fan, and I think what you're doing is super awesome! 👌
Good Morning
Excellent comparison, thank you very much.
I think you will be happy with the noise level of the AX41 tires.
@@manybikes I'm going to assemble the AX41 next Thursday to try it out, thank you very much for the reply.
Thanks for the info! Real world feedback like yours is KEY. LOVE the 990!!!
Hello Kyle,
Great informative presentation of different tires.
@@manybikes oooooh that'll be something to check out for sure.
Hey ! Great content as always, thank you! I have a question for you:
Motoz isn’t very spread across the European market… and I’m looking for a more aggressive tire than my current Anakee Wild that are good on dry terrain, but show their limits when it gets soft and muddy.
As my Africa Twin is tubeless, i don’t have lots of options: Mitas E-09 or Motoz RallZ. The Mitas is really a good agressive 80% off road, I can’t go wrong with it. However the RallZ is advertised as the most off road oriented tyre of the brand but i seriously doubt it’s more than 50%…
Finally comes my questions:
- How do you position the Motoz RallZ compared to a Mitas e-09 in terms of off road abilities ?
Last two questions for you:
So according to you the RallZ is as off road oriented as the E09 ?
Best Adventure tire video out there👍describes the strengths/weaknesses of each tire and mileage✌️
Thanks! 👍
Have you ever run RallZ rear with
H/T front?
@@manybikes What about that Dual Venture as a front tire for my Africa Twin with a RallZ rear?
Cheers
The TKC is dated... The tire "works" but most other work a little better and last a bit longer.
Awesome Video!! I just got into Adventure riding this year and will for sure be getting some Motoz tires when I need a new set!
Awesome! Reach out to me on IG and I can get you squared away.
Cheap too =)
Thanks for your comments. I'd recommend the Motoz Adventure in the rear with the Dual Venture up front. You will love that combo.
Holy Cow!!!! That is some crazy mileage! Nice work! The TMM tires are fantastic tires!
Thanking you in advance, Appreciate the feed back 👍🏼
@mrluxta
2100 on the 390. The front was still good but the rear was toast!
@@manybikes Thank you 👍🏼
I couldn’t get my hand on the Ax41 ended up with Karoo 3 for my KTM 390 Adv.
Love your passion! The GPS tires are fantastic tires and they are for sure more off road capable than the Mission tires. Better in the rain too...
Just fitted one to my Tiger XCx. TKC 80 front tho.
Most in-depth review of adventure tires I have seen. Great effort and contribution.
Thank you Sir for your support. Much appreciated. All for the love of Adv Motorcycling! It would be a shame to not share the trial and error...
Thanks for your support.
Kyle your videos hands-down are the best the most informative you need to open your own online store I would buy everything from you.. The only thing that does suck is you give me so much information it’s hard to decide what tire I want to buy for my T 700
Sorry ;) Thanks for watching and thanks for your support. That are you stuck between?
Very informative on all the differences in the top end tires.
Thanks for watching!
Im going the TKC 80 on the front and the TKC 70 rocks on my Africa twin.
Awesome combo. That’s what I’m currently running on my 390 and just took off my 1190. 11k miles on the little bike and 6k on the big one. Soft sand… not so good, but pretty amazing elsewhere.
Awesome video. Thank you. The TKC 70 Rocks looks like my next set of tires.
Best tire reviewer in the business!
Well thanks for your kind words!
What a great overview, thank you!
Yes Sir!!!
Hi Kyle, thans gaaien for your elucidation of the best choices. Regards from the Netherlands 👍
Well thanks for watching! Be safe out there !
Great review. Nice to hear from real experience not a weekend's worth of evaluation. Put the MotoZ RalZ on the rear of my 690. Very happy with it.
Thanks for watching! Happy to be of assistance.
Beginner here. What do you recommend for 80/20 or 70/30 for 2009 KLX 250S?
Tire size:
Front 80/100-21 3.00-21 51P
Rear 100/100-18 4.60-18 63sp
Welcome Mr.
Thank you.
Kyle- dude. Awesome. Keep it up.
Thanks for your support
Chaparral made a big goof letting you go. Killer vid!
Thanks for your support!
Awesome Review Kyle, the Tire Professor
Ha! Ha! Not really but thank you. Will you be at AIME? If so, let's meet up!
CRF300L. Recommendations for front tire. Looking to instill more confidence on gravel and DG roads especially in the turns.
I'd say the Motoz RallZ in the rear and the Dual Venture up front!
Thank you Kyle great analysis!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@manybikes I have the Rallz.... I have them on my KTM 1090 if that matters. After about 3k miles into my tires, the squirminess went away.
@@mototaco2132 got it! The new Dual Venture front paired with the Rallz rear… zero squirm. 140 mph on my 1190. Highly recommended.
Thanks for a very informative video. Greetings from Sweden.
Well thanks for watching!
Can’t wait for the Karoo 4 review
Ha! Ha!
Thanks for the great video Kyle!
Thanks for watching!
Great Vid! Could you post the weight charts for all?
Can't do that... but what tire are you looking to compare. I can give you those numbers.
Amazing video. Exactly what I needed!
Awesome! Happy to be of assistance
I have the TKC 80, great tires!
The GoTo Adv tires for over 30 years!
Great review and what a wonderful resource. Can you speak to the highway noise of each tire? I’m concerned about hearing loss.
I'd run the RallZ in the rear and the Bridgestone AX41 in the front.
Sounds great!
Nice work Kyle. Keep at it!
Thanks!
And that, my dude, is why you are my tire guru! Thank you for all the help getting me set up on my Motoz tires. Can't wait to hear the future news!
Any time! Lucky for you ... the news will bring me closer to you ;)
@@manybikes yeehaw!
Wow, the best adv tires comparation!!!
