Excellent. Thank you.
I love this .... WOW ! 👏 thanking for sharing these western gems 💎🙌
Very good!!
Mark Stevens many and many westerns! John Qualen too!
Another well written western of the Golden Age of 1950’s Westerns Thanks!
Wow..what a cast...and this was just a serial Western...but, of course, the Westerns back in the 1950's and before, were probably the most popular and successful movies and t.v. shows we had. We sure have fallen far away from those years.
Thanks Bob for uploading this episode.
Wonderful movie 😎
Awesome thanks
A good western featuring Mark Stevens with an excellent supporting cast. It was well worthwhile watching.
Thanks for watching
Lee Van Cleef and Jack Elam badmen!
Naturally 🙂
thank you for bringing us this memorable experience ...history in the making
Great show thanks.
I am enjoying these so very much. I remember a lot of westerns when we got a TV in the 1950s. I am still a fan. I also recall seeing some of the same actors at the movie house that cost 10 cents to get in during those days
Mark Stevens was a left-handed gunfighter... This was an awesome video...
Oh boy did Lee Van Cleef and Jack Elam look young back in the day. But you could definitely see some of their future talent.
great show!! thank you!!🙏
Morris Ankrum many westerns too!
thank you
Rex Reason too in the cast! I’m from São Paulo - Brazil and member of the Cineclube dos Amigos do Western-CAW.
You manage to find some real gems!!
Wonderful ! Thanks Bob. I'll be tracking down other westerns thanks to your dedication.
Directed by Ted Post, as with some Gunsmoke's. Very enjoyable!
Great story
Awesome
"an impressive cast and John Qualen was in a lot of films and television shows
he appeared in several John Wayne films and guest starred on many tv shows
he's best known from the Andy Griffith show as the supposed jinx that Barney
and the other townspeople of Mayberry were leary of."-🤠🐴🌐..
The actor playing "Scoville" at 13.02 looks & sounds a lot like Stewart Granger
John Qualen was a John Ford 'stock company' member, most notable perhaps in The Searchers, but also in other great Westerns (non-Ford) Rio Bravo & The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
As soon as she said that she wanted to marry Johnny , I would have been on the next stage out. Not my problem.
Jack Elam was good playing bad guys and comedic roles.
Hey! It's ole eagle eyes!
A good show
The spanish kid playing cards was on rawhide.while jack Elam was great as the bad guy thought he was even better doing comedy like support your local gunfighter and sheriff with james garner.
I think you have Victor Millan confused with Robert Cabal. Cabal played Jesus “Hey Soos” Patines.
I noticed something at 10:05 that bothers me in most westerns. He had loosened the cinch before leaving his horse, just tightened it. Now while I knoe horses are well cared for in movies, italways troubles me that guys ride in get off toss the rein over the rail and walk of. A real horseman would see to wate and loosen the cinbch! not leave the prop mant to do it. LOL
AND the horseman riding past the incoming stage had his boots stretched out wide , with the toes up, the way you do when you've been in the saddle a long time.
That was a fairly complex story line.
Is that van cleef dealing the cards?
Yes
Blooper going in the front door.
Poor girl - a 25 year old "Old Maid", considering women got married at 16 and had 5 or 6 kids by age 25.
The Farmer's Daughter B-FINE🙂
Director John Ford's 'stock company' regular (The Searchers, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance etc), John Qualen as the hotel clerk at 2.20 (by golly).
Morris Ankrum, a regular villain in Westerns, plays Mark Warren.
Mark Stevens, playing Steve Dexter, is unsuited to the role.
Muito bom. Até Ted Post dirigindo
Where are the Before and after segments filmed?
Howdy. Thanks for watching. In this episode the bumpers where filmed at Fort Davis in Texas
I KNEW IT! Did you ever do any in Bracketville Before it was closed?
@.@
Jack Elam cannot don any disguise😂 yeo! I C ya Brah
The female in this show is terrible. Either she was a relative of someone involved in the production, or had “special talents” that won her the part.
When you earned privilege 👀🚬
made no sense.
Thanks Bob for uploading this episode.
