Day 1 this week done! Didn't have a dumbbell with the intended weight, so I grabbed my 15 lb kettlebell, it worked out great! This was a burner for sure!
Workout #3: My legs are jelly right now and my booty is perky thats all I have to say haha... Iron legs... First I started with the lower body band workout posted today this channel and then I did the 15min tabata cardio workout that was posted 7 days ago on this channel also... Wow this was really a great combo... I feel sooo sweaty... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 217 calories... I used a 12Lb dumbbell... I consumed 64oz of water during my workouts... Have a Spectacular Saturday Everyone... Here in Pennsylvania where I am located it is going to be 75 degrees today 🌞
