I don't understand the whole bench rom, like he is arching as high as he can, he just has long arms. Powerliftering is the only sport i know where you get bullied for being built for a lift.
@@TheLegMan1 nah some lifters try to cheat the system by arching their back really high and using the wider grip known to man just to move the bar 1-2 inches
The lights aren't anonymous, they represent each judge The left and right one represents the left and right judge and the middle one represents the middle judge.
What I’ve learned from this excellent video is that if you can lift the following naturally then you’re an absolute beast: Squat 589lbs 268kg Deadlift 661lbs 301kg Bench 369lbs 168kg
@@benedict5544 John haack isn’t natural and I’ve been enhanced for 11 months now 3 months test then started blasting and cruising after that. Currently 21 years old and getting ready to take 3 uspa junior national records and 1 mens open record I also have 7 state records from my first official powerlifting meet I won as well.
@arikrotem9750 I would have liked to see the limits of his natural strength. I reckon he had a lot more gains left. Also being natural is just more respectable.
@quickmax4648 he already did... and being unnatty has nothing to do with respect... lol. People want to see big lifts. Also, bein unnatty is ok as long as you arent faking it.
I didn't say he didn't already prove his strength naturally. I said he probably had a much higher potential of strength he could have reached naturally. As for people just wanting to see big lifts that's obviously wrong. Far more people watch tested lifting such as Sheffield and IPF worlds. Just look at the numbers lol
@quickmax4648 jesus olivires outlifted the untested bell's total, which shows you how these federations are complete shit. Daniel isn't some juicehead gym buddy. He is a genetic freak outlayer who responds very well to peds. Ill rather respect more bell who is open about being untested rather than some fake natties. Russel crew is also a good example being a fake natty. Ever since he took a break from competing, he made some insane intermediate strength and muscle gains for someone really advanced.
S:high bar
B:crazy rom

"Kind of" tore both quads.

Best video I seen about him very much appreciated 💯💯
the soundtrack of this material make me goosebumps, love it
When your novice numbers are beyond the reach of most people's lifetime goals LOL
its okay. doing hypertrophy based programs isn't as hard as benching 405. and your joints will thank you later in life
If John Haack’s life is an anime series, this video is the review filler episode LOL
Nothing about him makes sense, very impressive to say the least
Who red lighted the bench at 9:50? Swear some judges just want to cause problems

he did more he was competing in IPF as a 83 kg lifter with 830 or 840 total i think
I can deadlift 565 conv in 6 months of training.. u telling me i only got 100 lbs left to add and im not even a year in?
@@idk9637bro ur already elite lmao. Only very genetically gifted ppl deadlift what U deadlift in 1-2 years let alone 6 months
John Haack is the goat. I compete in 90 and 100kg I aspire to surpass him one day.
You won't get anywhere near.

How does he make weight? he's huge, he looks like he is 250lbs but walks around under 220.

John Haack can not be the best was athletes, John Haack can be the best of overall lifters
Wish he stayed natural
Why do you care ?

Remember when he deadlifted 400kg while being ~82,5kg
Wtf😳
Was he 82.5kg when he did it, or was he 82.5kg 30 hours before he did it?
@@AllPainNoGains either way still crazy what do you deadlift?
He cuts from 100kg to u90kg foe competition he doesn't compete at 82.5kg anymore
