word of advise, if you intend on doing videos like this , you serious need to have focus on clear audio. ie dont have the music blaring, or at least have the person talking on a mic of some kind.
I enjoy the exercise demos and tips. The background noise and music is unbearable. This seems like a situation where adding the audio track later provides the best viewer experience. You can record it as many times as you need to make it perfect.
Hi I am thinking of purchasing one of these piece of equipment. I am torn between the SCS smith cage system and the FT2 fully loaded trainer. Can you tell me the advantages and disadvantages of the 2. Are their exercises you can do on one that you can’t do on the other other then racking plates on the smith machine? Can you do seated rows on both machines? Does one come with mores extras then the other? Please any advice and help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hi there, we're happy to know you are interested in purchasing an Inspire Fitness machine, the biggest difference is definitely the racking system. The FT2 smith bar attaches the weight system while the SCS does not.
Only 75 pounds when using the Smith bar?? There should be access to 200 pounds at least. 2 100-pound stacks. Time to make the change for the "FT3" :) And make it wider... offering 180 degrees of motion with the cross cables...so that we can stand between the two weight stacks...full extend our arms to our sides forming a "T" ...arms parallel to the ground..then curl our hands to our ears. Been looking for a good quality "multi-gym " that can offer t hat. I think only Powerline offers a wide enough spaced setup but lacks the other abilities the FT2 offers. The Yorx STS was the other one (offering a full 180 degrees of motion.).
It does do all that my friend, it rotates way past 180-degrees, and the weight stack is 370lbs right out of the gate without the additional weight stack option -- 470lbs with it. You need to see it for yourself, go to your local dealer it's the ultmiate Gym we can't even keep it in stock :)
American Home Fitness (Sterling Heights) exactly. I got this machine about a month ago, and it's amazing! More than enough weight, and you can perform any exercise you can think up

I purchased the SCS cage and couldnt be happier. Best thing I bought in a long time!
Thank you!
The music? Seriously?!
Nice video but HORRIBLE noise/music--very distracting!

Background music ruined the video and the music was crap
Why is the bar red?
So you don't hit your head. I am 6'3 and i checked to see if I could hit my head when it is all the way up. I can... haha
Thanks for the info!

you do understand that there are cables and hooks either side and as soon as they are hooked up will DOUBLE the weight.

So glad you loved it!
I bet a 6’6” guy would be too large for this machine.
excuse me but this biceps training style might only work best for females, and definitely not for men.
