I seriously love this channel. It's hard work but VERY rewarding. I've lost 5 lbs in 1 week 1 day. I've struggled with my weight for the past 2 years, and this channel + my new eating habits has helped me a lot. Being a pre-teen going to school these days is rough, especially being a bigger girl. People would make fun of me for my weight. I think within the next year, I won't be hearing those names. I'm happy with the direction my health is going. Thank you guys for helping me.

I love Hasfit workouts! If you are made to watch and don't do the actual workout, you may not like it as a student couch surfing. However, that's no reason to hate. Maybe get up and try it. The workouts aren't easy. They are excellent and teaches proper form for optimal results. Each move works multiple muscles to get optimal results. Too bad the students don't have a clue sitting down doing nothing. Try it, you'll like it. Plus you can always play your own music to get into it. Mindset. That's what it's all about.
I've done this work out a few times and it's so good! the only thing is I've just entered hay fever season here and it makes it harder for me to breathe, so that makes sporting harder and it really makes me not wan to.. A new favourite! It's a testament to you that I can do the crab reach overs. I suffered with a weak lumber area and easily put my back out but I can honestly say that doing your workouts since May '16, I just don't have that problem anymore. I think you are the answer to a weak core and complete fitness. I tell everyone. The one exercise I had trouble with is the bear plank knee outs but that is because I have poor outward rotation in my hips (since childhood so that's probably not going to improve), however I adapted it to a side step so I could rest my foot - still a challenge. Honestly can't say how good I feel following your channel. I am getting Heart and soul fit every day. Thanks so much.
I want to get in better shape and last week watched one of your videos for the first time. I really enjoyed it. Then today I wanted to try it again but was tired from work. However, both of your positive attitude and encouragement made me know I could get through this as well as making it worthwhile. At the moment I struggle with some of the exercises but I do the best I can with it following your guidance. I look forward to choosing the next one to watch

Trying to get in shape for an upcoming wedding and I've been blessed with a 2+month break, my kneecaps feel a great deal of pain which restricts me from doing some of the exercises in your videos.
It's my first non low-impact cardio with you and even if I was following Claudia, it was a little too hard for me. What do you suggest? Go back to low impact for some times or do the best I can with the regular cardio video? I did it until the end though :-)
