Disney mugs are amazing! Does anyone else remember pre-ordering the Disney VHS tapes of the newly released movies from WHSMITHS and getting a free mug when they went to collect? Still have mine - Jungle Book, Lion King, Little Mermaid... I blame this on my Disney mug obsession. 😂😂 They hooked me in young. 😆
I'm glad Adam said it looked old; I was thinking the same thing but thought, well that's just me. It's like when we visit Grandma's house. They are very set in their ways and the house has NOT been renovated and they don't want it renovated. You'll see wallpaper on the walls, some of the 70's green and yellows; love the woodsy feel. Got to next part; the RAtatouille restaurant looks AMAZING!
Note on the plugs - I stayed at Hotel Cheyenne in 2017 in a refurbished room and there were plenty of plugs. Some by the bed and on the desk area they had European plugs, a UK plug and a few usb ports. From other vlogs Sequioa is very dated but should be much better when refurbed. The facilities however are fab! Love the content as always Adam and love seeing Gary too, you guys crack me up when you're together.
But why should it matter if they are dated. You are going to be in the park the whole day and then eating out. As long as the bathroom and tv work and comphy beds and pillows and clean linens. The only thing I can find a fault with is that you don't have the right amount of plugs.
I really love how you’ve gone into so much detail with the Eurostar! It’s so helpful for people to see the different ways of getting there. And brings back so many memories, we used the Eurostar every year as a kid to get there ❤️also, love both of you as always! You’re seriously the best vlogging duo on UA-cam!

I stayed in Sequoia Lodge and enjoyed it....but my fav was definitely Hotel New York (and I am a bit sad that they are re-theming it!) Walt’s is an amazing meal and we saw the parade coming by from our table! I loved Chez Remy as well, great theming. Looking forward to round two with Gary C next week!
Just stayed in the lodges at Sequoia in April 2022 during anniversary week. Had stayed there before and was very nostalgic. Was ok with lack of plugs as always carry extension lead. Please go again as I love your vlogs and I have been to DLP eleven times. Just going with 14 year old Disney mad daughter so am going to try to have new experiences.
The boys are back! Oh to take a train to Disneyland Paris how close it is to you. Yay you got in the restaurant super cute. Ride is so cute. Good tip you gave to bring some snacks with you.
These vlogs are my comfort vlogs they make me happy when I’m sick or sad and I can just put one of these on and it helps me calm down even when I miss being there and missing all the things I don’t see like tips and stuff
Agree about the hotel, needs a refurb! Loved the overall feel though, we stayed there during the Christmas period and the lounge with the fire was fab.
This is my very first time commenting on your Vlogs. But, not my first time watching you and Gary C. I do watch a lot of your Vlogs with your other friends and I do enjoy those as well. But, I have to say, my favorite is with you and Gary C. I'm so exicited that you guy are together again.
Love this vlog, you two together are hysterical. But the room decor at all of the DLP resorts is interesting. I stayed at Newport Bay just after its refurb and had the same thoughts you did. The lobby areas are stunning but the rooms still look so dated, even though they're actually not. It just looks exactly how WDW decorated their resort rooms in the 90s, 20 years later.
I’m reckoning I won’t be able to get to Disney World for a while so scheming to his DL Paris when it’s safe to do so. SO exciting to see how much is changed from when I was there as a young teen, I remember it being fun-Disney but nowhere as cool as this!! Loads has changed! Also had no idea how cool Remy’s restaurant was so thanks for the tip to get there early/a reservation, I flippin’ love that film! Merci buckets and thanks for this series both!
The hotel is actually built in the Craftsman style. Very popular in California and yes, vintage. You see this style house and hotel in the Sequoias themselves as well as Yosemite area and LA. Really all over the US but I’m from CA and this style is so popular that houses build in this style sell immediately when on the market
The fact that you started singing Closing Time had me DYING!! None of my friends have heard the song so it was nice to know I’m not the only one who knows it
If you look at all the hotels even the off-site ones they all have that feel about them unless you are going really modern and have the bucks to spend. And that was an excellent price as 2 of us stayed in the Santa Fe in July 3 nights £1200 so over priced and not a nice hotel, but thats what happens when it isn't run by Disney USA

Love DLP! We went in February for the first time in 10 years :) we would recommend the single rider line for Paracute Drop as they were letting about 5-7 single riders on per time :) x

We booked direct with Disney and were placed in the same accommodation .It was snowing so it added to the magic by walking through the trees !
