Personally I think I got it but have tried to teach the movement to other people and it doesn´t come very natural to them (at all); a breakdown of the mechanic step by step would be awesome
Is this effective for MMA as well? I really like the D'iamatto shift and Tyson style because I'm short and stocky but I'm unsure of how this would transition to MMA with kicks and knees as well
