I am moving to Windsor for an entry level job in my field after graduating. I'm looking to rent and spend around 1500 for a place for just me( I can afford more but want to apply the 30 percent or under rule in order to continue building a savings for my exit). Will moving this month rather than in 5/6 months in the future make a difference with regard to price and selection?
Great videos btw, hopefully one day I can get into one these beautiful homes !

Rent appears to be trending up, not down. Sooner the better I’d say. Not sure how much of a difference 6 months will make but it certainly won’t be cheaper

@@ryancrits8180 I took a 2 year fast track at st Clair for office admin exec. After being laid off by COVID because I saw a bunch of ads on indeed . Did it 11 months and got.picked up by a very well known firm as a junior admin in their insolvency sector. It's about 75 percent of my income and a stable income while I try to freelance admin jobs on weekends . The idea was to get my bachelor's In commerce after finding employment but I've yet to really figure out a plan where that education will benefit me long term. Thank you for the advice ! I'm on the verge of moving this month know nothing about real estate , wanted some extra assurance I guess that I'm not making a mistake or rushing when I live rent free where am sort of situation. I thoroughly enjoy your videos , thanks again !

you keep comparing with GTA , how is windsor even close to GTA in terms of employment and income opportunities ?? Can you please explain.

There are many people who work remotely who are watching these videos , or in fields where they can transfer to Windsor. Also Windsor has a rapidly growing economy- we have the new EV battery plant they are building, the Mega Hospital will bring many high paying medical jobs to the area when it’s complete, the Amazon warehouse is going to be happening, Chryslers will switch to making electric vehicles soon, and the new international bridge will make Windsor a hotbed for commercial activity in the future

@@ryancrits8180 Proximity to culture and opportunity for a city of its size is incomparable to anywhere else in Ontario. With that second bridge complete Windsor will truly stack up there with the best of Ontario and trigger a wave of visitors.

@@ryancrits8180 "remote","they are building","going to happen","will switch","soon","will make".. :) :) Windsor will take ages to compete with metros and cosmopolitan cities.. and I think that should not even be its selling point.stop comparing it with them.. GTA property is expensive because of its location and proximity to so many businesses. Windsor has to be reasonable.

@@hinduhindusthani66 Your negativity/ignorance doesnt change the fact that ppl are moving here. That includes GTA folk. Thousands of Canadians work in Detroit but live in Windsor and earn more money than they would in GTA. Stellantis alone is hiring hundreds of Engineers in Windsor.

@@CuscaKid no negativity, I just asked a question and you get warmed up. :P . I agree with your statement but again in terms of infrastructure, facilities, healthcare and job opportunities how close is windsor to GTA because that is what it is compared to. Windsor has a value because of USA only else inside Windsor what is there ?? Instead of raising your voice raise the quality of your argument..
