Soufflé Pancakes Recipe: Fluffy and Perfectly Risen!
Ingredients:
2 Eggs (separated)
Whites:
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
½ Tbsp Cornstarch
Yolks:
4 Tbsp Cake Flour
3 Pinches of Salt
1 Tbsp Milk
Instructions:
1. Make the Batter:
Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
To the bowl with egg whites, add cream of tartar. Whisk until foamy. Gradually add sugar and cornstarch, whipping until stiff peaks form.
In the same bowl, sift in cake flour and add salt, milk, and egg yolks. Gently fold everything together until the batter is smooth and airy.
2. Cook Your Pancakes with Steam:
