“Dead men don’t need silver”
Arya listened to him.
that's hard asf lol
@@LegenbarryReactions Arya is what the hound taught her to be, cold and a survivor.... its no emotion, he can talk about the butchers boy, sansa, whatever... she just took the gold cause that is practical
@@justmarcus33this guy is the first person I've ever heard call Arya evil WTH !!
@@patriciataylor7525 Barry's right. Half the women on this show are insane. INSANE. At least the show makes it pretty clear people like Cercei, Cat's sister, etc, are off their rocker, but the way the show handles the Stark daughters' descent/psychotic break as part of the 'dark heroine's journey' isn't convincing.
Wildest Nickelodeon crossover ever. I giggle every time the Ed Sheeran music comes on for Tormund.
I laugh too but I'm not gonna say why till season 8 LOL
7.
This poor man kept freaking out for 10 minutes after shae and didn't even notice the crossbow on freezeframe. RIP
IJBOL 😅 we gotta get bruh a girlfriend. Cuz he be going on the pretty girls like a dog looking for a bone
was there a significance to it
Its the crossbow Joffrey used to kill Rose@@LegenbarryReactions
@@LegenbarryReactions it was tyrion deciding to murder tywin at that moment, or at least choosing the weapon
what is crazier is that in the books when Jaime frees Tyrion he reveals that Tyrion's first wife was NOT a prostitute. She genuinely loved Tyrion, but Tywin forced Jaime to lie and tell him she was a prostitute and that she was paid to pretend to love him. When Tywin gives her to his guards and forces Tyrion to watch, it was actually gang grape (not a prostitute paid to do it). That's what gets Tyrion to kill Tywin the books.
This is possibly the worst omission of the first 4 seasons for me. Though without the Kettleblacks and Moon Boy they'd have to rewrite Tyrion's response to something like "Cersei's been fucking Lancel and Ser Dontos for all I know." Doesn't quite roll off the tongue as well.
that's fuckin crazy
I read the third book last month and it killed me(((Poor poor Tysha(((
Fun fact.... this episode first aired on FATHER'S DAY...
Damn you beat me to it, that's my favorite GOT trivia
“Lord Tywin Lannister did not, in the end, shit gold.”
Arya always said she was gonna kill him, but she didn’t leave him because shes evil, it was because she felt conflicted, in the books she actually dresses his wounds but they became infected, and she didn’t want to kill him anymore, she started leaving him off her list before this moment, but she still hated him, it’s complicated
The Luigi mean mug for Stannis always fuckin kills me bro 😭
The Baelish domino comment is SPOT ON. George Martin has written several stories outside is GoT where a character is off to the side, not truly taking direct action with all the players, but instead manipulating the SHIT out of everyone to get what they want. And Baelish is precisely that in seasons 1-4.
Also turn that damn AC on, bro looks like he just got done running a marathon😂😂
Seriously, he knows we dont care but suffers anyway 😭😭
I live in Texas too, its hot out here bruh get the fan!
the undertaker music lmaooo
bro, that bit had me rolling.
When Jaime rescues Tyrion in the books, he reveals that the whole situation back in the day with Tysha was legit, but Tywin got Jaime to lie about setting it up. It's wild.
Fact that d&d left that out in the first place is the first red flag of what’s to come.
@@Timebomb_19that and lady stoneheart
@@alalmalal is her impact in the books that siginificant? can't really imagine how (didnt read the books but caitlyns dead ghost sth)
@@TheGamePlayZoneDE She's very significant for Brienne and Jaime's arcs but it ends on a cliffhanger with all of them together in ADWD and we have to wait until Winds of Winter to see how it pays off
@@TheGamePlayZoneDE you’re right to point out that we don’t know where her story is going, but in the books, Lady Stoneheart is the leader of the Brotherhood Without Banners and is quite successfully hunting down members of House Frey. She also has a major plan in the works but the jury is out so far as what happens there.
HAHAHAHA the rant that devolves into Shae's eyeshadow had me ROLLING!
Bro when the plotlines start converging and the people start meeting each other is where this story is king
There is apparently a theory among the book readers that Oberyn Martell poisoned Tywin with a poison that shuts down the bowels and bladder of the victim, so Tywin would have died regardless of Tyrion's actions. That's why Tywin is gone so long from his chambers, he's all blocked up and can't empty his bowel.
Broooo the ed Sheeran music is diabolical😂
HERE YE HEAR YE this finale is so satisfying
I am over here visualizing the fly sitting in the corner of the room watching Barry loosing his mind and thinking "WTF is happening to my guy ?" 😂
IJBOL!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭 He probably came into the shot to make sure o boy didn't need a 51-50
LOL
The venting With the "investigative" jazz soundtrack in the background was hilarious!
Brianne vs The Hound is my favorite 1v1 of the the entire show
THE FLY MAKES HIS TRIUMPHANT RETURN! A new sidekick host for the Legenbarry Show!
Remember at Jeoffry and Margaery's wedding, when Tywin told Cersei to have her brought to the tower of the hand...
RIP the hound. My favorite character
This man is the first reactor that makes me look forward to season 7. Lol
I think Arya couldn't kill the Houndertaker coz deep down she forgave him, and took him off the list
Barry losing his mind over Shae made my weekend 🤣 This show is breaking him LOL!!!
I can just hear you saying the title🤣🤣 “I am sick”
Valar morghulis = "all men must die"
Valar dohaeris = "all men must serve"
basically everyone will die, but until then you serve and try to help out your peeps
Reporting for duty my King... Hell yeah it's that time again boys!!!🎉
29:19 "Do you remember where the heart is?" Is still one of the most beautiful lines in the whole series.
Arya's identity crisis and relationship between vengeance and mercy all in one line.
21:09 That was the dragon glass dagger that Sam gave to her when they met at the end of last season.
I have been waiting since S1 E1 for this reaction 🤗 thank you for being consistent!
Not Jorah locked up in the friendzone like the dragons locked up in the catacombs!
For what it's worth, I will always believe that Shea loved Tyrion. Remember, right after the battle of Blackwater, she said to him, eff your family, eff their money, let's get on a boat, sail to Pentos and never look back. Her motivation for what she did after the trial...who knows. Rage? Desire for revenge? Self preservation? Who knows what a girl like Shea has to do to survive? But for while it lasted, I'll always believe she truly loved him.
It's very obvious she did. People's contempt for her mostly stems from her being a "lady of the night" idc what they say.
I agree.. “hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” Tyrion broke her heart so she attacked him the way it would hurt the most. But ALSO even though I understand why she did it…I dislike her intensely because she was dumb… every time Tyrion told her “we’ve come to a dangerous place” she mocked him and put him in even more danger because she couldn’t keep a poker face around Sansa or just stay home. It had nothing to do with her sex work… she’s just irritating as hell.
TV-Shae, yes. I believe that, too. From what I've heard about Book-Shae, probably not...
Boy that undertaker edit enhanced that hound end scene greatly haha
"You don't trust him, but he gonna thrust you... Is that what it is!?" - Legenbarry 2024
The almost ten minute rant 😂 "her eyeshadow!" 😂
The Brienne/Hound fight was one of the first very big deviations from the book and I actually liked it.
Here I am ignoring all the things I need to do!
In the books it makes sense why Tyrion went to find his father, and it also makes him killing Shae more understandable.
Shay didn't play from the beggining. In Joffrey wedding Cersei tells Tywin "that's Tyrion's whore I told you about". They found out about her and probably made her testify against him. What choice did she have? She was a little fish trying to survive. In the books she confesses to Turion that Tywin and Cersei had threatened her life, she begged him and cried, but Tyrion killed her anyway
I mean I would agree otherwise but Shae was told again and again that King's Landing and the Lannisters are dangerous and she should leave for her own safety. And she just kept saying "naaah issok im not scared, ill protect you tyrion". So... If she wasn't prepared to actually stand by those words as soon as Tywin gets to her (which I don't blame her for), she should have just taken the damn diamonds.
@@darure love makes anyone do stupid things. see robb stark lol
"You will never walk again. But you will fly." just CHILLS
“She wondered how far this Saltpans was, and whether she could find it by herself. I wouldn’t have to kill him. If I just rode off and left him, he’d die all by himself. He’ll die of fever, and lie there beneath that tree until the end of days. But maybe it would be better if she killed him herself. She had killed the squire at the inn and he hadn’t done anything except grab her arm. The Hound had killed Mycah. Mycah and more. I bet he’s killed a hundred Mycahs. He probably would have killed her too, if not for the ransom.
Needle glinted as she drew it. Polliver had kept it nice and sharp, at least. She turned her body sideways in a water dancer’s stance without even thinking about it. Dead leaves crunched beneath her feet. Quick as a snake, she thought. Smooth as summer silk.
His eyes opened. “You remember where the heart is?” he asked in a hoarse whisper.
As still as stone she stood. “I . . . I was only . . .”
“Don’t lie,” he growled. “I hate liars. I hate gutless frauds even worse. Go on, do it.” When Arya did not move, he said “I killed your butcher’s boy. I cut him near in half, and laughed about it after.” He made a queer sound, and it took her a moment to realize he was sobbing. “And the little bird, your pretty sister, I stood there in my white cloak and let them beat her. I took the bloody song, she never gave it. I meant to take her too. I should have. I should have fucked her bloody and ripped her heart out before leaving her for that dwarf.” A spasm of pain twisted his face. “Do you mean to make me beg, bitch? Do it! The gift of mercy . . . avenge your little Michael . . .”
“Mycah.” Arya stepped away from him. “You don’t deserve the gift of mercy.”
The Hound watched her saddle Craven through eyes bright with fever. Not once did he attempt to rise and stop her. But when she mounted, he said, “A real wolf would finish a wounded animal.”
Maybe some real wolves will find you, Arya thought. Maybe they’ll smell you when the sun goes down. Then he would learn what wolves did to dogs. “You shouldn’t have hit me with an axe,” she said. “You should have saved my mother.” She turned her horse and rode away from him, and never looked back once.”

Damn I love that Bri vs Hound fight. Level 12 fighter vs level 12 paladin
Highlight of season 4 for me? Barry’s episode 1 rant when Cersei said Jaime stayed away too long. Had. Me. CRYING
I think the hound would have won without the gaping hole in his neck from the guy with the weird teeth, but this proves brienne is an olympic medalist
Yeah Drogon is the biggest since he was the most independent of the three, and dragons grow based on how much they eat and how much room they have
Edit: Also, yeah tywin is nowhere near as good as littlefinger to make a long con like that but its still fucked up that he did that the night before his son gets executed
Everyone has evil in em. Thats one of the themes of the story. Grey mortality.
I'm so happy you've clocked Daenerys' bloodlust this early!!!
Yes, not many people do. And those are the people who complain later iykyk
I think this is the first time we see tywin scared or shook.
Whoever said to you that you should turn off AC because they have insane audio setup that they hear your heartbeat, they can go to hell. Just be comfortable and don't let the whims of one crazy person dictate how you behave
Thank you!!!!!!!! Lol
Ok, Im just going to say something about the Arya comment. WHAAT??? the idea that out of anyone you could think of that has a no evil in them and a lot of good was Tyrion lannister, and arya being more evil than tyrion in that regard IS CRAZYYYYYY. These are two daughters that have been severly traumarized in so many ways. Because she didn't put the hound out of his misery?? After saying "I killed your butchers boy, I should've f***d your sister" as I way to coerce her to put him out of his misery. Im not saying the hound and arya didnt build any type of relation, but come ooon 😭😭 at best she has very complicated feelings about him. I bet if he hadn't mentioned any of that she would've killed him, but seeing as he still has a side of him for which he has to grow a lot on, she didn't.
Also, why would she stop the fight. She didn't trust brienne, and this can be an outing for her to escape. Which she believes she's strong to take on herself.
I DO NOT STAND ARYA SLANDER 😤😤😤😤😤
(I still like you barry btw)
I think you're gonna love my reaction to the future seasons
Sorry but Arya is bad. So is Dany. Just because they were a victim once doesn’t mean they are justified. Maybe to you, as a viewer. But they’re bad. That’s literally the whole point of why GRRM wrote this entire series was to show you the fault of your own loyalties and that you are naive in who you follow based on perspective, all men are evil and all men must die. There are no pure good. It’s all perspective.
@@lifetheslowway Arya is literally no worse or better than someone like jon snow, or ned stark, or anyone who one would consider the "good". And no, being a victim doesnt justify, I too have many gripes of with what daenerys is currently doing. But I wasn't trying to justify their actions because they were victims, yet what exactly have Arya or sansa done up to this point that is that baaad, nevertheless being a product of what they went through.
Nope, Jon and Ned lived honorably and we're good 8n their hearts. Arya was just a cold bitch to the hound, despite everything he did for her.
@@sgarnev9776 Such aaaaaas, trying to sell her for money, and not giving her a chance to go? Again im not saying there wasn't a kind of bond that was formed. But if Ned was watching over that situation, what exactly do you think he'd make of it?
37:10 Going full Charlie “Pepe Sylvia” 😂
Made me crack up. But yeah Tywin and Shae are real d-bags to Tyrion.
And its up to the reader/viewer whether they (and Bronn) played him from the jump, just informing on him and trying to manipulate
So when this aired we’d go to work the next day and all rant just like this to each other. It was so fun. ☺️👏👏👏
Interesting theory about shae, but i think, and as far as i googled, the official version is that shae did genuinely love therion but because he pushed her away she got angry and did what she did, but it still doesn’t feel right for her character, because if you really love someone and think they don't like you anymore, you don’t just want them dead, do you?
And i also just found out that the actor that plays shae is actually german and did her own voice over for the german version, i will have to listen to that again but its a funny coincidence
Wow! You and that fly are buggin' lol.
*undertaker bell* brienne “7 blessings”😂
This will be the last of the undertaker's gong ... R.I.P 🥲
There's some crazy stuff with Jojen in the books. In the books, he gets extremely depressed shortly before arriving at the cave, showing that he did, in fact, know what was about to happen to him.
However, he actually makes it to the cave, and then a short time later disappears. A short time after that, Bran is given a nasty red paste to eat to amplify his psychic powers. Readers have theorized that this red paste included some of the remains of Jojen's body.
"I am you, writ small." Tyrion Lannister, A Storm of Swords
Edit: for my fellow book readers! "She's been fucking Osmond Kettleblack. And Lancel! And Moonboy for all I know!"
👏🏾👏🏾 That rant was entertaining. 😂 Please cut Arya and Sansa some slack. They’re both playing different games in order to stay alive. Keep watching and you’ll see. Seasons 5 & 6 things get turnt up for them (and everyone else). Take a break but come back! 🙏🏽
@26:39 “ I’m not go lie Sandor putting them hands on you… NEVER MIIIND!!! Fck what I’m saying!”
I’m in SHAMBLES 😂😂😂😂😂
This episode is absolute fire...I've been looking forward to you watching it for ages, I knew you'd freak out lol
Not sure if you remember, but earlier Arya commented on the Hound walking slower than usual because of his bite wound, so he was weakened. Still impressive that Brienne won, but if he wasn't injured, I don't see her beating him.
Great reaction. And I like the jazz fusion I'm the background at the end.
“He said, ‘It’s past my bedtime!’”
"Few of the birds that Aemon had sent off had returned as yet. One reached Stannis, though. One found Dragonstone, and a king who still cared."
Shae actually loved him from the beginning
24:14 only the real know about the jimmy/Timmy special 😂😂 you definitely one of the real ones bro 💯
The Hound wasn't in top form he had an infected wound on his neck cause he wouldn't let Arya cauterize it.
I love your rants 😂😂😂😂
This eppy is lit from start to finish..In the top 3 of my favorites of the entire series..
xo
The reason Tyrion goes to Tywin's quarters is he realizes he's in the Tower of the Hand, where Tyrion himself lived when he held the position. This goes down a little diferently in the books. Tyrion is definitily a much darker character whereas in the show they sort of "whitewash" some of his questionable acts. In the books he was never in love with Shae, and she never was in love with him. Their relationship was a "businnes relation" so to say from beggining to end. So when Shae betrails him during the trial it's not out of a broken heart, Tyrion even concludes Tywin got to her and payed her to tetify against him. When Tyrion finds Shae in Tywin's bed he jumps on her and chokes her to death, she never even tries to defend herself whereas in the show she rushes for a knife so Tyrion kills her in self defense. Sorry for my bad english
LB: 32:17 “Everybody has a little bit of evil in them except Tyrion”
Me waiting for the end of the episode 👀👀
In my honest opinion, you're a crazy good reactor brotha!!!
HEAR YE HEAR YE M’LORD🎉🎉🎉 season 4 was an absolute BANGER
41:37 oh, yes. For sure. Remember at the wedding reception meal Cersei pointed Shae out to Tywin and he said, "have her brought to me in The Tower of the Hand," or something like that. This was _before_ Tyrion told Bronn to put her on a ship. Tywin had already intercepted her, flipped her, and probably had spies on her from that moment, which is how the next time we see Shae is at Tyrion's trial. Tywin riding Tyrion for frequenting sex workers and then giving Shae a glow up before bedding her is EPIC hypocrisy.
Bro your commentary is hilarious 😂😂😂
“You don’t trust him but he gone thrust you”😂😂
In the books when Jamie saves Tyrion he confesses to him that his first wife Tysha actually was a real girl and not a whore set up and that Tywin forced Jamie to lie about it. This makes Tyrion so angry he tells Jamie how Cersei is a whore who fucked Lancel and 1 of the kingsguard while Jamie was a way and even says he actually was Joffrey's murderer. That's the reason he goes to the tower of the hand to confront Tywin. When Tyrion was hand of the king Varys showed him the secret tunnels under the red keep and that's why he knew how to find the tower of the hand.
that's wild
I didn’t cry as the red wedding took place, as I more pissed than I was sad. The first time I even got teary eyed was that Arya and The Hound scene. How can you blame Arya? She’s been in a death camp and saw people get tortured for days. She was in the same vicinity as her dad, mom, and brother, when they died. She saw her brother’s decapitated body with his dire wolf’s head sewn to it and she’s only 11 maybe 12 years old.
😅 i just remember seeing this live and laughing UNCONTROLLABLY when Varys sat down on that ship. On the floor crying. 😅 He got them bells on LOCK like Quasimodo! Mama ain't make no fool. Time ta go!
top tier background music
Lots to say about Shae but I’m only gonna note two things:
1- Tywin says “don’t bring THE whore” so he knew Tyrion had someone
2- She was never concerned with getting caught by the family and never once took the chances to leave when Tyrion or Varys tried to get her out.Could it be because she knew her life wasn’t actually in danger? She was unbothered
This is the last season that made an attempt to follow the story of the books BTW
Thank g-d.
Last GOAT era episode
GOT GOAT
amen brother A Storm of Swords is on its way out
Indeed . The golden age has ended , now we go straight to the Bronze Age and in season 8 we will enter the dark age .
Man, can't we wait until season 6 to talk like this? It's a weird thing to say because there's still a debate on season 6 being better than season 4. I get people don't like how the show ended, but it was good up until then. Season 4 finale isn't even the peak of the show lol.
More like brown age tbh@@stormbringer2840
Hi!! Remember at Joffrey’s pre-wedding when Cersei pointed Shae out to Tywin and he said, “have her brought to the Tower of the hand of the king”…..pretty sure that’s when Tywin turned her. Keep it up man!!❤
For anyone who wants to skip to the “These Women Are Killing Me” rant. Immediately legendary.
37:10 - 46:53
During Joffrey's wedding, Cersei identifies Shae to Tywin, and he says to have her brought to the Tower of the Hand. Then Bronn takes her to the dock. Tywin's people would have picked her up then
The undertaker needs an undertaker. I'm gonna miss the Bonggg
That editing was Oscar worthy! 👏 🏆. Hound deserved that epic sendoff
I think your first instinct about shea was right on
I die every time you put on Ed sheeran for tormonds scenes 😂😂😂
The Taker theme 💀 bro played the whole thing 😭
The North remembers. She finally avenged her old friend whatshisface. People forgive child murder way too easily when it comes to this show.
I am not sure about how this is filmed, but in the books I always thought it was a good thing that Arya wasn't able to kill the Hound. The show people say it's because she thought he deserved a slow death but in the book it's more like "he's no longer on her list."
Hear ye hear ye...off we go into the long dark night of latter GOT 😂 (You're still gonna enjoy it, though your grace)
Also Cersei points out Shae to Tywin at the wedding so they weren't hooking up before that
That fly has a longer life span than half the show characters at this point
What I never got about the former slave who wants to be sold back into slavery - why can't he just work for his former owner? What stops the former owner from just employing him to do what he used to do as a slave and actually pay him, instead of, you know, owning the dude? Just, "Hey, work as a teacher for my kids, we got a room for you". Why would he need to be a slave for that?
greatest reaction to the Shae reveal ever.
And I was JUST saying last night where tf is Barry
Love your little undertaker salute❤😂
