    Singapore economic growth is at its super peak. Now, the Changi business park is having a high vacant office space and increasing retrenchment of high-tech manpower.

      Also due to work from home arrangement. Four out of 5 staff work from home, u can cut down 80% of rent. At the same time semicon r still opening new factories in SG. Private house volume still boomed 25% in q1.

    Good to see history and comparisons. What will land price trend toward when supply is low? Also, how does affordability affect the demand? Look like slower growth if no new demand or strong economy to continue upward trend?

      Freehold is overpriced and mostly not near amenities.

    Its buy to wait and not wait to buy!. From 2009 to now, there wasnt any major correction. I dont see there will be any in d near future.

    Just look at the population pyramid of Singapore - the only way property prices to go up is flooding the job market with foreigners 😂.
    There will be a lot of vacant units once boomers start passing on.

      @@investwithpete What so big deal? Every single property including hdb flats double in price compare to 2009. This is asset inflation. If you sell high, don't expect to buy back low. You earn people's money, other people earn your money. It comes in a circle.

      @@YMWong-cb6ke don’t be silly. Your Hdb is heavily subsidised by government, what’s so great about your value doubled? Common sense tell u to compare apple with apple. After selling your Hdb, u still probably can’t buy a decent 999 or freehold private condo

    Lmaooo property price already went up so much… everyone already over leveraged and speculated in property market in sg. Waiting for tide goes out and see everyone naked 🤡
