U want short hoses. Air is bad to inject into ac system. Air has moisture and moisture is bad for inside system. Long hoses more air in hoses so more air and moisture into the system when first connect and charge.
This morning I just failed to refill my car's AC. After seeing your video, I think the reason might be I bought the crappy hose from Walmart. I am going to return it and buy another one.
@@gravelyman A mechanic gave me an advice to refill the AC at night when the temperature is low. There is a good reason for it, but I cannot recall. I eventually succeeded in using the Super Tech with "crappy hose". It still can work, but only at night with lower temperatures.
I got it to click in the low side but a lot leaked out of can while pressing from the can side of the tube. Seems the hose is cheaply made. However did the job.
Some vehicles’ recharge port is much more accessible than others ... so you could say that the hose is too short or you could say that the recharge port was put in a bad place, so that’s really the car’s fault isn’t it? Not the Walmart recharge kit that they are trying to keep the retail price under $20 .... they could have given you half as much refrigerant and a longer hose, but they struck a good balance, I think.
My opinion is that they should of considered that when they made the hose. There is alot of cars that don't have easy access ports. Thanks for watching!!!

The longer hose is better for hard to reach places when using the can. Thanks for watching 👍
That's why you PURGE...Simple.
Great job good info. I won't be buying super tech. Those are good points about the plastic puncture thing and such. Thanks for doing the video!...👍

Came back to this Artie I had the same crappy hose!😮

Probably, you can go to advance auto and buy ac pro brand it comes with the better hose. I hope that's the only problem.
Thanks and good luck.

I need to do this to my Car perfect timing to see this
It says it on the gauge, filled, 40 is good. Thanks for watching!
The can says to hold upside down and do a sweeping motion. Is that not necessary?
Usually when the can starts getting empty I'll turn it upside down. Thanks for watching 👍
No leaks? That stuff doesn't just evaporate.
I did it for the guy 4 years ago and it's still holding. Thanks for watching!
