I've been in the US for almost 6 years and i'm still struggling to communicate fluently because I'm introverted and shy. another reason why i got stuck on same level is that i don't have enough motivation to push myself to practice to improve my speaking skills. everything you have said on this video is correct. Oh! not to mention your level of confidence speaking infront of camera with jforrest. I'm as well impressed on how you delivered your response to every questions coming from Jen. you're indeed a fluent speaker. keep learning and keep inspiring everyone.

I must say you speak better English than me and I'm not a "greenhorn" in studying the English language! I've studied many decades on and off. In recent years I've studied very regularly, but not so many hours per day as you. I usually study few hours per day. Mustafa, it's great that you've been able to get rid of a toxic environment and make profound, positive changes to your life. I think that all has been really worthwhile! Mustafa, you showed us other students that it's possible to learn to speak English fluently even in a few years if you have enough willpower and motivation. That's encouraging! I agree with you "where there's will there's a way". Immersing oneself in the English language as much as possible is a key to making more progress. I enjoyed this video so much. I really like that the guest talked about how he spent a lot of time learning English. We can learn English in all our activities. My job is as a delivery driver. I was listening to the English teachers talk about the short story on UA-cam while I drove a car. I worked for 10 hours, so I practiced listening English for 10 hours. If we think developing English skills that are important to us, we never excuse ourselves to avoid doing it and procrastinate. On the other hand, we will devote our time to improve English skills.
This video clip gave me a lot of hope and impressive. I was studying English for so long years, but still struggling. But I after this video clip, I realize I have to read more books and speak without fears and nervous . Thank you, Jennifer and Mustafa.

Thank you very much for your great interview with a super guy. I was so impressed by his effort. After watching the video, I recognized my effort was poor and was much motivated by him.
In the video, Mustafa mentioned his great sleeping habit, beginning his day at 4 am with a cup of coffee. Interestingly, I've observed that when I enjoy a restful night's sleep and wake up feeling revitalized, I don't feel the urge to have coffee, despite usually having a couple of cups daily.

I'm struggling to learn English, but I'm married, two kids, full-time job 6 days a week.... differently from he, I have a lot of distractions that I can't eliminate. I've been studying English since 2020 too and I won't stop!
I think my English so so because I can understand pretty well native speakers when they're talking something, but to talk I'm not so good yet because I speak slow and when I write something sometimes when I back to see I make some mistakes, but it's the life. About this guy his tips are pretty good.

In the video, Mustafa mentioned his great sleeping habit, beginning his day at 4 am with a cup of coffee. Interestingly, I've observed that when I enjoy a restful night's sleep and wake up feeling revitalized, I don't feel the urge to have coffee, despite usually having a couple of cups daily.

I think my English so so because I can understand pretty well native speakers when they're talking something, but to talk I'm not so good yet because I speak slow and when I write something sometimes when I back to see I make some mistakes, but it's the life. About this guy his tips are pretty good.
I'm glad the tips were helpful! Sounds like you just need to speak more. Remember Mustafa talked about how you can just speak aloud for practice.
