Love u would love to meet u
If your freshwater puffer is slow and lazy you can probably get away with some fancy guppies or other small fast fish
@@allurisitaramaraju6267 where the hell have you been????
@The king of DIY would it be okay to put my fish into a storage box as a temporary aquarium
Also... editing mistake happened. I casually check myself out in the camera and fix my hair. Should not be in there but now that it is... I think it’s hilarious. 😂 😂 😂
No worries, such things just keep it real.
The king of DIY 3:48😂
Lol
You walked into the party
Like you were walking on to a yacht
Your hat strategically dipped below one eye
Your scarf, it was apricot
You had one eye in the mirror
As you watched yourself Gavotte
And all the girls dreamed that they'd be your partner
They'd be your partner, and
You're so vain
You probably think this song is about you
You're so vain (you're so vain)
I'll bet you think this song is about you
Don't you?
Don't you?
Oh, you had me several years ago
When I was still quite naive
When you said that we made such a pretty pair
And that you would never leave
But you gave away the things you loved
And one of them was me
I had some dreams, they were clouds in my coffee
Clouds in my coffee, and
You're so vain
You probably think this song is about you
You're so vain (you're so vain)
I'll bet you think this song is about you
Don't you?
Don't you?
Don't you?
I had some dreams, they were clouds in my coffee
Clouds in my coffee, and
You're so vain
You probably think this song is about you
You're so vain (you're so vain)
I'll bet you think this song is about you
Don't you?
Don't you?
Well I hear you went up to Saratoga
And your horse, naturally, won
Then you flew your Learjet up to Nova Scotia
To see the total eclipse of the sun
Well, you're where you should be all the time
And when you're not, you're with some underworld spy
Or the wife of a close friend
Wife of a close friend, and
You're so vain
You probably think this song is about you
You're so vain (so vain)
I'll bet you think this song is about you
Don't you?
Don't you?
Don't you?
You're so vain
You probably think this song is about you
You're so vain
You probably think this song is about you
You're so vain
That was funny though 😂😂
Joey, you DO want to fill those bird feeders, since in winter is when they are really used by your birds - much moreso than summer when food is more available. And yes, move em...come on...30 minutes of hassle, max and its done. Absolutely have Jays around to protect your Koi!
Good luck in school. Hope all goes well!!!
😕😊😂😥😥😱
My summary of school
Life is real school... Well educated ppl don't become millionaires.
@@MrCanadaSucks they become employees
MrCanadaSucks 🤡
I 100% agree that you should move the 700g and 2000g filters into the quarantine room!!
Hey Joey, thanks for making my day with your projects
Good luck on the further education mate!!!
You’re really brave. I went back to school and it was stressful being surrounded by people 10 years younger than me. Felt like an outsider and constantly felt like everyone who saw me was judging or questioning about me.
Luv the vines, big school of corydorus
The moss might be taking all the nutrients out of the aquarium which might be why the val isn't growing as fast as you like... might be worth taking out out. Still think you could get a fly river turtle...
Put a roof over the pond and screen it in 👋 that way u don’t have to have a net over it and you can see your fish 😎
I'd love to see a massive cory pack with the archers.
A beginner community tank would be heaps fun.
Nice to hear that algae isn't an epic fail on tank keeping. I don't mind the look of a bit of algae.
Omg congrats on going back to school!!! What are u studying?
I love the vines on the 2000 & also the idea putting the Uaru in there!!
A massive school of cory’s would look so good. Imagine them schooling through the tank and playing in the bubbles😍
I’m in love with that 100 gallon cylinder tank
You always know when Joey is super excited about something by him saying "its absolutely phenomenal!" Warms our hearts youre enjoying yourself still Joey!
Im proud of you. You got away from all this shady stuff.. your a miracle you know. You made the right choice when almost no one else in that situation can. Great channel, great content, great guy. Keep it up 👍🙂
1:13 On filming the Pond without direct sunlight:
Circular polarizer!
A.k.a. "Pola-filter"
Removes reflections in water and glass surfaces, almost like magic, which makes it easier to see the koi on overcast days / without direct sunlight to light them up.
Sincerely,
a photographer :)
I would definitely keep Susan where he is.
A massive school of Cory's would be awesome.
hi joey I love your videos keep it up I'm getting a golden arowana in New Zealand I'm so exited
Joey, I'm 33 and going back to school, you got this! Keep up the videos, we love them.
it would be cool to see like a small turtle in the massive tank tbh, just by adding some kind of rock that sticks out like a platform would be enugh for them to rest on!
Ivarsson Jr turtles would nip at the fish
Actually it is most important to feed the birds in the winter and spring!
Summer and fall they have plenty to eat, bugs and seeds!
Love the update!
Congrats on going back to school!!
Bro!! I'm in uni right now, so happy to hear you're going back to school too. :)
Education is POWAH
and better job opportunities..
Unique bro i like the vines , i say do what makes you the happiest .
Even if you can only do weekly videos, I'd still watch for love of the hobby. Good luck with college, you got this.
LET THE MOSS GO NUTS!!!!!! WE ARE PATIENT FOR YOU JOEY. I love how you have projects set up for years to come because the fish are small and are just going to grow and then we can see new set ups! amazing work
the vines on the 3K tank look perfect.... KEEP THEM.... Well done!
I like the vines. PLEASE do a giant school of corys!
I love the vines.....as a floral designer I could make one suggestion that you may find to look more natural.
Clump the vines together. Instead of spread out across the whole tank take the ones on the out side and clump them in 3 or so different areas. They grow more naturally that way and it will disguise the plastics vine part a little better. Look great Joey!
Good luck in school! I went back and finished my degree at 38. It’s hard at first, but when you work out the whole school/work/home thing, it gets better. And you’ll be surprised how much easier school is when you’re older.
Definitely loving the vines
Lol at the worm joke
I think the vines are a good idea to hide the seams, but on the side of the tank facing the door when you come in, they are spaced very regularly and it doesn't look quite natural. I think it would be a good idea to make the spacing more irregular there to seem more natural. Also, good luck in school!
Gallery changed a lot... Really like and enjoy the updates and changes. Good luck with college.
I like the plants around the 2000 really much. Keep it up joey👍
Vines look bad ass. I think shrimp in the cylinder tank would be cool
Love the vines
You should try making a Paludarium tank with maybe amphibians, I think it would be cool and different
Moss on wood ... HELL YES !!
CONGRATS ON GOING BACK TO SCHOOL!!!! :D YOU'RE GONNA DO AMAZING!!!!!
Its been crazy watching your channel grow! You went from being Mr.First and Foremost. To The king of DIY and now you're getting swole ontop of all that! Good for you man!
The uaru deserve being in the 2k. As long as they can get along with others
Congrats on going back to school!
I love the vines, make it look so good.
So incredibly proud of you for going back to school, Joey. You got this
The vines are a great addition, it looks really good!
I love the vines!!!! Very natural!!!! I would suggest if I may to bundle some up in certain areas to make that one or two spots look more full especially up near the top. Also if you have different heights it would look cool! Again I love it all!!! It's amazing keep it up!!!
Good to see you finally built a koi pond. 🤘
Love the addition of the vines! Makes it look a lot cooler. Would love to see Susan go to that tank when the archer fish are bigger and won’t be eaten!
It feels like home watching new videos since i’ve been here for a couple years
you can see the koi if you use polarised sunglasses cause they take away the reflection, and we can see em if you use a polarising filter on your camera
Love the vines. They make the tank look so much more natural. And I like the sound of a waterfall. It's really looking great Joey. Congrats on that great project!
The vines look great! I prefer when you do what you want and buy what you want to buy, because you pick thing's I wouldn't think of. I watch because I love your enthusiasm for the hobby same as me. It seems like people don't care for the hobby in my area. You also have helped me learn about curing ich and I did successfully in one of my quarantine tanks. I could go on and on.. lol I love your videos do what makes you happy and share!
Yes. The moss would be awesome and it will give them more bottom space.
Joey, the gallery looks Amazing, always a real pleasure to watch your YOU TUBE videos. keep the great work up, thank you
Your opening made me go oooh and ahhh and wow and then the close up of everything - just amazing! Great work, can't wait to see what you do next. Thanks :)
Congratulations Joey on going back to college. You're an inspiration to so many, myself included. I know you're gonna do well. Tanks all look great, can't wait for the new project.
You should definitely put the uaru in with the archers
Joey good luck with the school thing I'm sure you can do it. I'm 41 and thinking about going back . what are you going for?
Lol “ that’s not a worm” 🤣🤣🤣
The vines actually look super cool! I do think the amount you have is a bit much, but, I think a lot of it looks good.
“Will I have to tell them that’s not a worm” 😂😂😂 Came for the fish. Stayed for the dad jokes. Lmao🤟🏾
Will I have to tell them: "That's not a worm"?
LOL
Edit: Good luck going back to your studies, I hope everything works out for you.
I like the vines, btw
"will I have to tell them that's not a worm?" haha love it
I've always loved your passion, but after hearing your backstory I appreciate your passion even more. This hobby has helped me out in more ways than I could have imagined, especially through this hectic year we're all in. Thank you for your videos, and I can't wait to catch the next one! 🐡
Love from south africa 😍😍😍😍
Get a polarized lens for your camera so it can see past the reflections on the water! You can just get a crappy pair of polarized sunglasses to put over the cam to test it out!
Enjoyed watch this gallery evolve and change over the years. Best of luck going back to college, Fired Up!!!
That blue face is very cool looking. I have mixed feelings about the vines on the 2K, I like them on the outside but not liking so many on the tree trunk.
I like the vines
Hey Joey loving the koi pond. Just a tip for winter hibernation, yes you can do no feed at all, but it is better for their health to switch to wheatgerm pellets in winter and still feed but once every couple of days for their maintenance.
The wheatgerm is gentle on them and very easy to digest and saves them from being emaciated over winter.
Love the vines, especially on the tree stump!
I think corydoras would be so cute in the tank.
I would like to see a video on the saltwater puffer. him spitting water sounds quite amusing
I haven't watched you in 2 years and it changed a lot
Susan says, I'm not moving, I'm the star of the show and you know it!" 😂❤
good luck w school Joe your an inspiring dood
Hi, why not put some beautiful macro algae in the saltwater tanks. They can be more or less as beautiful as corals but a lot easier to keep. Plus they’ll do you good when you can harvest out nutrients.
It would also be awesome if you could try out sea grass. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone except for public aquariums that have sea grass. Keep it up!
I think everything in the gallery looks awesome love the vines everything is looking great. About going back to school I did it when I was 40 became a registered nurse ,loved my job it was fantastic and a lot of fun .Good luck to you , Whatever you set your mind too do, It will be accomplished. And I speak from experience. 🍀 🤗
"Heeeelllllll no" I'm still dying, you crack me up joey 😂
The vines look soooooo good. With the lights off in the fish room with only the aquarium lights on, it looks like a rainforest
Congrats on going back to school man best of luck to ya! Can't wait to see those archerfish hunting I'm looking forward to that!
This Is why you’re the King 👑 amazing is all I can say! Have a great weekend Joey thank you for everything you do for our hobby 😃
Don't worry about the vines, they look absolutely amazing 🔥🔥
The vines were a really good addition the it was a bit dull. Good job 👏🏾
I hope the side project is a DIY water park. - I know it isn't though :(
Damn 2k is lookin amazing. will always be my fav tank.
Joey the vines 🌿🌿 look fantastic on the 2000. But the branches in the 100gal I dunno about moss on them. Maybe just a few 🤷♀️. Really beautiful gallery 💖
Thanks for all the great content over the years. Gallery is looking great, so cool!
Damnit Joey! One inspiring thing at a time please! You already got me into fishkeeping don't get me back in school too! LOL in all seriousness that's super awesome and as a 35 year old that still has a chip on his shoulder about not finishing college you're inspiring me to take a harder look at that too. Thanks man. Can't wait to see how things turn out.
It would be good to get some Bala shark to show people how big they get and they need to be kept in a group, mine are around 10 inches. Fish stores don’t tell you this info
The Cylinder tank ... Cut the wood level with the top and put the original white top back on and yes i would say attach the moss to the branches with zipties or whatever you would use... the 1,100 not so "2000" LOOKS AMAZING!!
i LOVE the vines!!! I can't wait for the Pothos to grow!!!
Mate How the heck do you have time to do all these tanks by yourself 😮 I can barley have time after working on my 55 and 20 saltwater aquariums lol Mad Props to you man 🤙🤙
Joey puts the fish food in “tiny little containers”.
Me: Thats a huge ass container for fish food 🤣
Have you ever done a shrimp tank !
You have so many fish I recon a high grade shrimp tank would be wicked !
I love the vines!
The blue in the cylinder tank makes it difficult to see the tetras. You should stack the moss up the back like a moss wall so the tetras pop more!
