Jesus Christ never have I ever seen anything that clean and so professional put together. The owner is being super humble but he is definitely a genius he is purifying rainwater in his facility do we need to say more

Truly the "Willy Wonka" of the coral world. He should give out a "Golden Ticket" every year so a hobbyist can visit this amazing place. Than Thein is a inspiration, living and perfecting his dream, and I believe the sales is just a added plus. Amazing, thanks for sharing.

I absolutely love this guy. He's incredibly knowledgeable and his dedication to the hobby is inspiring. I purchased a pocillopora from wwc and one other and the 2 died within 12 hours. Went back to tidal gardens and got the same coral and its thriving. 🎉

Absolutely insane for just one individual to come up with and have all this HI-TEC equipment and set-ups. Everything's so organized, tidy and clean......LOVE IT!!!!
That being said, you should contact the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago and try or see if you can set up a "behind the scenes" tour of that facility. That is a place that literally would 100% TOTALLY blow your freaking mind!!!!!! You'd swear engineers from NASA worked there!!!!!

Such a beautiful setup Not sure if it would help with aluminum oxidation, but maybe something to look into. With aluminum frame you potentially could add sacrificial zinc anodes or active cathodic protection with a rectifier to better protect the aluminum frame.

We use that aluminum stuff at work. How do they deal with the screws loosening? I see that they have the weight pillars. Still worried about all the other pieces.

Hey Joey, I watch the build of this gallery and remembered trying to get a similar stand for my 250gal, there is a company here the can provide the standard to your exact specs with everything including casters, for my 6’x2’ 250gal it was going to cost $4k+US. I even asked why us Canadian have to be paying US for stuff produced here, the answer I got was basically it is what it is…

Abyzz pumps with controller start at $1699 American and go up to 8K for a pump that isn't that big. He probably spent around 3200 I would guess per pump/controller.
What gets me is Than's coral farm is profitable enough to support the investment made. Looks like he's spent multi millions on his operation.
