I would love to see a video showing what is included with Mops+ that is not in Mops. The videos I have seen so far (and there are not many), seem to be on the more technical side (ex. Attribute Mapper)

Hi, I have Houdini 18.5.696. Can't install MOPs with your instructions. I Know there is method with environment, but i konfuse whith this method. Can you halp whith that?

MOPs will work with any Houdini license. MOPs Plus hasn't been tested with Apprentice... it's intended for use with Indie or FX licenses.
