what has been a mystery to me is.. if cremdensada is cream+condensed milk... why is it a lot cheaper than pure condensed milk or pure cream? given same quantity.
same with evaporada, which is by definition a half and half. half cream-half milk... its cheaper than milk and cheaper than cream..
masaya ako na mura... pero nakakatakot isipin kung anong nilalagay nila to make it very cheap?

My guess is it's already whipped and already doubled in volume. Less content but more volume means cheaper price. Again, that's just my guess.
