As a German: The Duch are our biggest rivals and in Football, they will be "the enemy" for 90min. . After that, they are brothers and sisters and there is no hatred!
Excellent work. An interesting rivalry. Being Australian (and being introduced to football via English and Scottish football) I was always led to believe that England-Germany was the big rivalry. While it was from an English perspective, I remember reading a German journalist who talked about the Netherlands as being their main rivals. Fascinating stuff, well presented and produced. I look forward to watching more rivalries. My suggestion for football rivalry would be some intercontinental rivalries such as England-Argentina, Australia-Japan or Brazil-Italy. Keep up the great work
Thank you. Yes we are planning more country rivalries in the future. But club football is for now our main priority. But if we do country rivalries it would be the intense onces. Like El Salvador v Honduras, Argentina v Brazil, Chile v Peru etcetera. Still if you want, you can help me with the intense Melbourne derby. I’ve heard it is the oldest in the country. What do you think of this football rivalry between the Netherlands and Germany. One of the most intense fixtures between those to countries. Iconic and infamous moments. Amazing matches and intense atmosphere. Let us know!
