You could make a lot of croissants and freeze a part of them (unbaked), so that when you crave some, or have a party or friends for dinner, you can just bake them. Use different fillings, depending on what you like. For example spinach and feta, canned tuna and caramalized onions, fried mushrooms and parsley, fried ground beef with paprika powder and sweet corn etc. The possibilities are endless.
