  • What are common factors that create the conditions for a visit and precede the reported visits? A common trait of these men who have now lived 2000 years is the peculiar way of speaking in parallel meanings and thought-provoking ways of describing analogies of the gospel and lessons to real life.

as a young firl of 18 working at Howard Johnson making desertes A old man came into the place and asked if he could work for food. The manager said no I said to the old man Sir if you set in first booth I will bring you food And this I did and paid for it out of my pocket He ate the food and dranked the milk I had served him I was busy doing my job and while I was making ice cream cones the old man left I went outside to see what direction he went but saw nothing He had his clothes in a dog chow bag I went to clean up his plates and beside his plate he left 2 pennies. That day the girl that worked the first 4 boothes was sick and dint come to work so I did her job and mine. That day I earned more tips than Id ever made.Ive never forgot that old man He taught me kindness no matter what you look like and it doesnt matter where you come from I truely believe he was one of the nephites and his memory forever stays in my heart.

Yes, it certainly creates curiosity to expand on the scriptural explanations.

Notice the difference in the two questions Christ asked the Nephite Apostles? He knew the 3 wanted to remain on earth and spread the gospel so in order to do that they must be translated that’s why he says “what will ye that I should do unto you?”

The Three Nephites are just another example of Joseph Smith copying and pasting random, out-of-context verses into the BOM.
Matthew 20:32 And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you?
John 21:22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.
John 21:23 Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?
I don't believe that they exist. It would be so simple for them to show up in "Mormon Central" and appear on TV or the like.

I have seen 7/12 apostles, Joseph of Aramathea, a couple of well known Joseph’s 😉 Definitely one of the three Nephites. The master Jesus Christ. I saw and touched the prints of the nails. I am he prophesied to come forward a remnant of the house of Jacob to say unto you-He comes right quickly. He whom the Lord calls “king David a prince” the Davidic servant.

This current church is a reflection of the world. There is no shortage of evil among various aspects of what is perceived to constitute the fabric of this modern organization and shameful stories are in fact out there regarding horrific situations which have come to light. But this channel nor anything to do with it have no influence other than to denounce evil when we see it. It is there you have me at a disadvantage, you posted a comment which states something awful but in an ambiguous and what appears to be a baitful way. We typically find out this kind of comment as you post simply needs to be deleted as you are not attempting to start any discussion in a reasonable, rationale or respectful way.
