Nice video Sara! I have been to Panama 3 or 4 times many years ago. You went to more interesting places than I did even. ❤ There are more places to go to in others parts of Panama if you go again. Keep telling us your advise and safe travels 😊
You could combine Bocas del Toro with Lost and Found hostel/Boquete for the cloud forest. If you want to stay around Panama City, I would suggest San Blas and Valle de Anton if you also want some hikes/ nature. If you do have the time you can easily get to a Pacific beach from panama City
In 2 weeks my central america guide goes up with a cost breakdown for each Central American country. I would say estimate €1.500/month including flight but aim to keep your costs lower and hopefully only spend €1000/month. It’s better to budget in some extra costs than to not budget enough.

@@SaraGoesLocal Would you suggest booking a san blas trip in advance or when I get there? I have been told they are more expensive online.
@laramariakuppel you can wait until you’re there but I think it’ll be difficult to find an office to go to
Gracias
How much money would you recommend for 6 months of travel around south america?x

It depends entirely where you go. Argentina, Chile and Brazil are very different to Venezuela, Bolivia and Colombia.
