just tried this recipe using quick cooking oats and it turned out so great and delicious even for a beginner like me! i rest the dough in the chiller for about an hour before baking and it made the dough easily shaped and not sticky at all! the full recipe on your blog is def helpful and informative (i love how you included FAQs there!) thank you for the awesome recipe! ♡

I just made these and they are delicious. My small cookie scoop made 26 cookies. They didn't really change shape after I put them in the oven. They just baked. They were delicious.
