I like your reaction video. Cool that you have the trailer so big, above your head and we can hear that audio and you guys talking here and there vs talking through the entire trailer as other people do. Keep up the good work fellas!
Impossible to tell the story adequately without it being very long. I'd have gone to see a 3 hour movie but young people might not have.
Running Time is 2hrs and 39 minutes, Baz got talked down from 3hrs. The movie received a 12 minute standing ovation at the Cannes Film Festival this week, I think this movie is going to rock. Trailer looks awesome, nice reaction! TCB⚡️
I hope that means a directors cutbis possible. I want 3 hours.
@@omalleycaboose5937 you bet we’ll get it. Id bet on it
It's so darn good,I can't wait to see it.there is so much to Elvis he had the whole package. Voice ,moves. ,looks ,charisma. And so unique, a d is still relevant today has so over a billion records.
The movie was great, I had goosebumps all the way through and going to see it again this weekend!
This movie will be panned by critics and LOVED BY AUDIENCES!! A roller coaster ride through AMERICAN HISTORY in the 1930s to 70s. And Elvis' rebellious mark on America of bringing American youth together which will look like a beacon of light that OUR GENERATION needs. The man changed the world. Blacks and whites growing up together, hanging out DID NOT HAPPEN in the South before Elvis Presley. OSCAR TERRITORY HERE. F the critics!!!
I loved both trailers but that second one sold me completely
This will be movie of the year, it has gotten 88% on Rotten tomatoes. 4 star reviews, people, including his wife freind, grand daughter love it !!!
Thanks for reacting I am 78 and lived through the Elvis years. Young people have no idea what segregation was like in the 50's. Elvis took some crazy abuse. Men would come up to him and ask for an autograph then punch him in the face. He broke racial barriers. White stations would not play black artist until he changed all that. Do your research. Elvis grew up poor and lived in a black neighbor, he went to a black church, he grew up hanging in black clubs that's how he met BB King when he was 15. Look up the many black artist that said Elvis opened doors for them like James Brown and Little Richard. I don't care about the rumors about Going Dog and Big Mama Thornton. 2 white guys wrote that song and much of his music. She was the sixth person to record it. You want facts of are you trying to be a woke music critic. I lived it. I remember people breaking his records on the air. They said he was lewd and my own father would not let me watch him when I was 11 years old. You have no idea of moral standards in the 50s. He paid black artist Jackie Wilson's medical bigs. He gave away almost more than he made. Research, watch " Elvis and the Black Community" then talk to me.
when i went to watch movie for the 2nd time, my foot was tapping all the time, i think this movie need to watch in empty hall that you could dance and move around 😆 i can't to wait when i can watch it at home and i can to let out my emotions freely - just laugh and cry and dance...
What's extra interesting is we all could thank the great Denzel Washington for the fact that actor Austin Butler and director Baz Luhrmann got together for this film. That whole thing was Denzel's idea. As a fan of Denzel Washington myself it makes this film even cooler knowing this.
Denzel was working on another project with actor Austin Butler a few years ago and he called Baz Luhrmann saying - "Listen I know a guy that really is a gifted young actor, he could be your Elvis for that film. You got to check this guy out".
It was on Denzel's recommendation that Baz took it serious and called Austin for an audition.
Denzel called it. He sure must think a lot of this young actor playing Elvis.
I was worried for a long time if anyone ever did a feature film on Elvis life they would get it wrong, or half-ace it. But I'm looking forward to this. It looks like Baz actually did his homework and he's going to get a lot of things right with this project.
“Living to love you and every moment I live, I keep loving you more and more!” - Elvis.
THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH!! Bring the Oscar to Austin NOW!! 🔝👍🏻🏆🙌🏻
"Japotchan has left the comments...🤣"
This flick looks like 🔥
AUSTIN TRULY HAS BROUGHT ELVIS BACK TO THE WORLD! AND BAZ
LURHMANN!
OSCAR'S GALLORE FOR ELVIS THE MOVIE IS SENSATIONAL BRILLIANT AWESOME MOVIE ARTISTIC!
LOVED 9 TIMES AND COUNTING!
Seeing as this time you were all invested into giving it a chance - thumbs up from me. Perhaps I have no doubt some critics will still somehow try and do demolition job of it but, fact that Priscilla and other of Elvis's family have all pre cinema release seen this and given their approval of it in huge outpouring of compliments for what Baz has done and what Austin manages to capture as Elvis, that is all I need. For Priscilla, and obviously even younger of the family, they were there during those times during when Elvis was still alive they saw him how he was what happened his mannerisms for whatever length of time with Priscilla obviously the longest, they were witness and as it has had their blessing, that will do me. Whereas some critic, can only write from viewpoint of today without having been witness unlike they were! Can't remember which one but one of the American shows some of Elvis's relations appear on it being asked about the new movie and is very clear how full of emotion it was for them seeing what Austin managed to convey on screen, so yes really looking forward to this.

The movie is incredible. If you haven't seen it, please do so.
Hi Cool Geeks,
Great reactions guys.
I love your positivity and are willing to give the movie a chance.
Great video guys thank you xxx 💝 🤗
Boyz...I would recommend that you watch "The ELVIS Chronicles" and "ELVIS and The Black Community"! He was a leader in civil rights and anti-establishment! Yes, he was drafted in 1958 by the Army. He was in until 1960. He was drafted at the heighth of his career, however he did not avoid his responsibility. The two very short documentaries will explain WHY ELVIS was, is, and always will be the KING OF ROCK and ROLL! By the way, the young black man in the movie that is seen quite often is B.B. King, the blues man. They were very good friends; and Muhammad Ali was also a very good friend of his! Watch the documentaries and dive into the rabbit hole that is ELVIS! You will not regret it! Thanks for your reaction!
Austin butler doesn't sing like Elvis but his got his speaking voice down to a T.. This is going to be movie of the year
Its 2 hrs 40 I think .
Close but a little less
See? He was "respectively" hatin. LOL.
❤
My question is what do you know about Elvis compared to what you want you see from the trailer’s? Have you watched any of the documentary’s of him? Seen or listen to any of his videos? Who his he to you?
Much better :)
😻😻😻😻😻😻😻

Early reviews say it is garbage, just saying.
No it doesnt, 4 star reviews, and I read many. One who dident like it , hates All Baz movies, he only gave Molin Rouge and The great Gatsby 2 stars each !!
This movie will be panned by traditional critics. But The PEOPLE WILL LOVE IT. Must and will win Oscars.
Bullshit. Stop lying. It beat out Top Gun Maverick at the Cannes Film Festival with the longest standing ovation of the event. I see haters are gonna be out in full force with this one.
Three pans rest of reviews good to great. Especially Austin Butler.
Austin Butler does not look anything like Elvis regardless of the fact that he moves his legs and feet
like Elvis - he does not act like Elvis either - the only actor who really looks like Elvis is Jonathan Rhys Meyers - who played Elvis inn the past
I guess it was easier to make Tom Hanks look like Col Parker than Austin Butler look like Elvis - which really did not work at all - so this movie did not do anything for me - just
disappointment - did not portray the real Elvis at all - the story was fake and phony and did not connect with me like Elvis did!
