We visited DC in mid March and loved the Wharf! I would highly recommend Fat Fish Rolls and Twists, Chopsmith and Surf’s Side Tacos. Our family of 5 has teenagers and it was great for us to try new foods and sit together in the outside table areas. We spent two dinners here and one before a Kennedy Center Performance. We learned so much from you Rob at Trip Hacks DC Tours! Keep up the great work!!
Thanks for this video Rob! I still haven't been to the Wharf but it's on my list and you provided lots of great things to see and eat! Also, nice shout out to Morrissey! I had tickets to his concert at the Anthem last year Nov'22 but unfortunately it was canceled...
If coming from 14th Street, one can take the #52 bus straight to the Wharf; there's a stop right outside the McPherson Square metro station exit at 14th and I Streets.
I am loving your videos! We will be up in a couple weeks and I am carnivore. I am hoping to find some decent places for clean meats with no added sugars, fillers, or spices with gluten or dairy in them. I will try Lucky Buns, without the bun of course!
I only stay at The Wharf if there's something going on I want to see, otherwise I'll stay closer to the National Mall. We really enjoyed Kirwans Irish Pub for lunch and The Brighton for lunch and dinner. Threshers (I think it changed it's name) was always a good spot for an evening cocktail and some small bites to eat.
That burger joint is off the hook. Thank you for all your info that you give appreciate it.
You bet!
My wife and I are planning a trip to DC in October. we're staying at the Hyatt on the Wharf. So, this video was great to see.
Nice. Have fun.
Visited DC at the beginning of July. Watching your videos ahead of time, made me feel like a pro. Did not have time for the wharf this time around.
Happy to hear it!
This is a great area for a night out on the town. Saw Thom Yorke/The Smile at anthem in ‘22. What a great night!
Nice!
I love these, and I like the Wharf too. It's just very nice to stroll along the water at a warm evening/night
Thanks, Joe!
I never heard of this place but it sounds interesting. Since I can't be in DC thanks for bringing a little bit of DC to me.

Excellent choices, Wendy! Thanks for sharing.
Can you do a video comparing the Navy Yard area to the wharf area?

Bummer. Hopefully he gets better and can play another.
Well put together
I’ve visited DC multiple times for the past 10 years and I’m yet to set foot around that area.
New here...look forward to seeing your other videos!
Welcome aboard
We are going in January. Staying at the Hyatt
Enjoy your trip!
Un Octuber will be my first time in Washington DC 😊I’m scared 😱. Thank you very much for the video

Planning a trip to Alexandria and thinking about adding a day at the Wharf. Does the water taxi go from Alexandria to the Wharf?

I believe the official name is Potomac Distilling Company though I believe Tiki TNT is the name of the restaurant part.
