This is about the closest I have seen. And it has helped me a lot. Thanks for that! Such a great mash! However, if you look really close at the live video, his capo is covering the top 5 strings. The low E is open. I have found in Standard tuning, install your capo to cover A,D,G,B,E at the 1st fret. Drop your low E down to C#. If you really want to play it like him, drop everything down a half-step and install the Capo at the 2nd fret just as described. Hit that low e C# instead of the C# A string. Your welcome.

To express yourself thru playing a guitar or any instrument is magic. you have to want to do it then practice . I don't have a singing voice my guitar does it for me thanks.. I word of advice If your going to tackle this find out if you have an ear for music it helps?
Thanks for the comment Sergio. An ear for music will help especially in situations when the chord charts on Ultimate Guitar are WAY OFF ;)
I think not tuning the down to C# is mistake, regardless if you are playing alone or with a band, it's a key component to the sound.
Good point. When playing live I try to play everything in standard, because I don't want the performance to be delayed, but if you want to get closer to the sound you could try tuning down. He also tunes the whole guitar half step down and moves the capo to 2nd fret.
@@immichaelh that would be something to work on, even in standard it wouldn't take long to tune down your E string. Most performers will tune while talking to the audience.
@@elliepaige5514 Just install a capo on the 1st fret. Tune down only the low E to C#. Make a stupid joke as you tune down to C#. Capo cover the top 5 strings. You've got a solid 8 minutes if you milk it. So much better. Deeper.
