For 3rd floor u can just use grenade trick if you dont have resources for crowbars as a beginner

this is very bad advice, beginners shouldn't do wall trick and should first clear 3rd floor to know the layout.

Why not use leather armour I think that would be better since you can easily craft it from the sewing table
