I did a similar thing a while back. I went without anything (no backpack/chopper) once into the green or yellow wood zone (not quite sure which one it was) and then got as far in alfa as possible (being allowed to use the items I got along the way). I ended up opening all of the 3 chest even though I didn't have self healing at the time. (but I cheated a bit, as I took the 3 free cans you can collect daily if your lower level because I was starving but I put them back later when I had enough food)
A few more tips I use which make me only need up to 5 cans as food: Wall trick the first group where you did the 3rd group as it's a MUCH better spot and doesn't require you to get hit as often beforehand (and there is still plenty of room to the 2 toxic abominations). 3rd group can be wall tricked on their wall, but if they get around go the the opposite side of where you wall tricked. 4th group can be done in the same 2 spots. Now I usually leave floor 4 and start floor 2 up until I used self heal once and have it and roll back up. Now back in floor 4 roll past the first turret, use self heal and run past the 2nd turret. The frenzied giant can be dealt with in 2 ways: -hard way (what I use) fight the frozen zombies with a weak weapon (fist, stick, hammer) this way the roll is (nearly) back up. Now trigger the giant lure him towards the frost room and then roll past him and corner trick him at the wall afterwards (best done with a long weapon for safety). - easy way lure the giant and wait where the turret is. If he's close enough you can run past him (but usually you'll take 1 or 2 trap hits on the way) now you can unlock the terminal and fight the giant wherever. At this point I go back to floor 2 same as before, just that I want sprint to be up (but that's just my preference). Now run past the turrets and get into the room here you can sneak attack one zombie and finish the rest at the door to the giants room. Giant + cold room are done the same. The you don't need a gun for the frost dude, a machete/katana/pipe etc will do the job just as well. And same for the fast biters.

I need approximately 7 unmodded bows to destroy 1 heavy turret. The resources within aren't worth the time it takes to make bows, but it feels better knowing those turrets are gone (until they reset 🥹)

@@juandamariobutarbutar9241 I know what you mean when you say it's not worth it to waste resources. But I'll tell you when and why it is worth it to clear some parts of the 4th floor. 1. Opening locked chests using Burglar skill: If you have Burglar skill lvl 3, then in the second room most of the times you'll a grenade. Next you can avoid as many zombies as you can and get to the last room. You'll get grenades and sometimes some steel and copper bars. This will help you stack up some grenades for the police station waves and also some resources to upgrade your walls and chests. 2. Using the True Friend skill to open chests: If you have the True Friend skill on your dog then you can loot 2 chests on this floor. You either get a gun or some other rare resources from them 3. Raiders tasks: Sometimes raiders will tell you to clear the whole 4th floor 4. Bunker Alfa event: The bunker alfa event has some tasks that ask you to kill a certain amount of zombies. Sometimes you can't kill the required amount by clearing just the 2nd and 3rd floors. So you have to wait for the bunker to reset. In this case if you don't want to wait until the reset you can clear some zombies from the 4th floor and complete the tasks. 5. Getting points for the Supply event: Usually the 2nd and 3rd floors are enough to get the max points to get the best reward. But if a new supply event cycle starts and you've already cleared all the other locations and only floor 4 is remaining then you can clear it 6. Destroying turrets to loot the chests besides them: Personally I think this is a waste as the chests rarely contain anything good so I avoid it In short, it depends what you want from the 4th floor. If your reason doesn't match the first 5 reasons then I don't think it's worth it to clear the 4th floor. Personally I only clear the 4th floor for raiders task or at times to collect some grenades. Don't worry nothing will be looted. The horde of zombies that passes through your base everyday will only destroy level 1-2 walls, they can't break chests. And they can't break walls that are level 3 and above. So don't build walls until you have resources to upgrade your walls to level 3. Raiding is a thing but that doesn't start until you reach level 150. And even then as long as you don't raid other bases first, your base won't get raided. Now this is for when you want to start raiding: Raiders can break level 3 walls but they can't break level 4 walls so if you want to start raiding build a room of steel walls (level 4 walls) and put all your valuables in that room.
@@joepkangamen2137 you can't stay for long in those cool rooms. So make sure you don't stop for anything. If there are spikes then make sure to have heals in your quick slot
No, you can still retrieve all the contents from the dead body. But if you die once more before retrieving the items, then the previous body will disappear

Honestly, no I only clear it for the raiders' task But if you have tons of guns then you can destroy turrets to farm for turret parts. And the last room has decent loot too But for early game players it's not worth it to clear 4th floor If you absolutely want to clear it then you can clear it the way I did in the video

I came here just finished using like 5 shotguns 4 aks 4 m14s 4 glocks 1 katana 2 sawblades and swat armor to stop at the first heavy turret

You can't stay too long in the freezer room or you'll start freezing and lose health regardless of what armour you wear

You can occasionally find a copper bar. But I won't recommend you to craft bows if you have limited resources
