Gifford and Bently Aves.were known as the doctors row, due to all the doctors living there back in the day.
Most west side developments are by route 440 close to the light rail station.
This area of JC is more affordable, including around Lincoln park.
19:31 that house was in that movie belly with Dmx and nas tboz method man etc
😮 God bless you and great job you do
Thank you Brian
There are so many difference cutural places to eat here, Italian, Mexican, Vietnamize, Chinese, Middle Eastern you name it!
11:08 Wow! I see those purple vans everywhere in Jersey City, and I figured out that it has to be a taxi or ride shared service with an app in Jersey City, and now you confirmed is the Via Rideshare, and I looked it up in Google and their website, and looks a very great option to get around JC! And great tour as always in the West Side!
Indeed Via rideshare is a great options for those who live more than 1 mile from the PATH station
This is my neighborhood! I love it. Only problem the new development is so expensive and pushing people out!
Nice place 😊😊😊
Indeed it is a nice place 😊😊
The donuts at that coffee shop are amazing. I live here and walk up and down here every day! Romanos Pizzaria is great!
I will have to try it someday since I live nearby too
Super job, Manny, as always. Gifford Ave. used to be a street where many doctors lived and had their offices. I’m so glad you like Jersey City. I was born and raised in the Greenville section. I go to JC often. Love it. ☺️
I love Jersey city a lot that I ended up moving here.

That's where I live on the Corner of Union Street right but by the DQ and Dunkin Donuts. I walk to the park all the time
I lived on sip avenue very close to jounal square be careful walking around at night but its not that bad
Born there in 1950. Lived on Irving St near Central Ave until 53. There was a park nearby where my Dad took me. JFK Blvd was called Hudson Blvd then I believe.
I found it easily using real estate listings. Nearby park is Washington. There was a pool there. Now baseball fields. Down the street there is a former fire station, now containing three condos. Has become very pricey!!!!
Manny, its real cool all the options for transportation in nyc/jersey. When vacationing there I didnt completely understand public transportation maps. Just curious your general daily source of traveling/general areas.
