Caswell Massey makes quality men products. I've been a customer of theirs for a few years now. Love the soaps and perfumes. I have a few of the shaving creams. Almond, Ros, and Onyxx. All have a slickness and smoothness with the cream. I do plan on getting Number 6. The bar soaps are just as luxurious. If you compare CW Newport to Duke Cannon's Naval Supremacy, no competition. You can add Dr. Squatch also, doesn't compare to CW triple milled soap. Love the review✌🏾
Got a few. of these, love the scent. I didnt know they were non lathering so my first few shaves my wrist got sore from trying so hard to lather it lol. Thanks for the review
Thanks for the comment! They used to have some shaving creams that did lather up really well with a brush but they stopped selling them for some reason. They must have been good because they were always sold out, right now they only have this one and a wood grain and almond non lathering shave creams listed.
I didn’t realize other presidents like it too. I was trying to find more info on it regarding Washington but didn’t spend too much time researching it all.
@@mens_essentials you can find a list of historical figures and their wears on the Art Of Manliness blog. There’s also other stuff on there like “how to smell like a barbershop” or “matching hair/beard styles to your face shape” which can be interesting to read out of curiosity

Is the container plastic or glass?
Plastic 👍
Neat history on the company being 300 years old. I believe they say the number 6 EDP was George Washington's choice colonge
Yeah it’s pretty impressive that they are still around I’m planning on trying a lot more of their products!
Interesting, Caswell-Massey seems to be popular with a lot of US presidents, not just Washington!
