I would subtly widen the fenders for a factory looking OEM+ widebody, then sell copies of the fenders. Maybe with custom fenders you can tighten up the overall size of the opening so it tucks a 19-20" on a wider tire for a slightly sportier drive. Really looks great already though!

I had a local exhaust friend remove the rear muffler and the rear resonator with a custom made section in the rear. It's honestly a bit too loud for a normal daily.. ;-)
I am not a fan of the slammed car culture, I think the cars are ruined that way and are tasteless, however, I love watching Jamie, his knowledge of VW's and how he explains things is a joy to watch, genuinely fantastic content.

Question regarding torquing the axle bolt. I've heard and been told multiple things. Doesn't the bently manual stress in the torquing procedure that the bolt must only be torqued with the wheels off the ground?

You can't go wrong with a simple Golf R or Audi TT-S setup, but otherwise a budget setup is based on a 4 or 6 piston Brembo fitted to Porsche / Touareg etc. Then moving up you're into the custom 6 piston setups which are much easier to use but do get pricey. :-)
lol I love the static and low pro rubadubness but I would also love to see it slightly lifted with a meaty tire and more practical. Taking that across the country is going to be painful 😅

I think the lowered look is cool. I love how the already wide cross sport looks wider. Id just destroy the car where I live. Streets have super dips, potholes, train tracks galore. Plus roads that are all rocky. So I have to make mine taller 😂

Yes, and yes on cross sport kit fitting / KW aren’t saying so until they finish all the tests on both cars, but it will :-)

It’s the Tarox 8 piston, and it’ll definitely fit a Tiguan. Their USA manager is a big VW guy, so shoot them a message on Instagram or email etc :-)

What does the ZR before the 22 mean?
The Z means it's rated for high speeds of 149mph or higher- and the R means Radial (which is basically every modern tire). :-)

What suspension did you use in this? Is it for the MKVII Golf? I have a 2018 Atlas and have been considering coilovers
This is a development set from KW / ST - hopefully there will be 'standard' and 'very low' versions available to purchase in the future :-)

It's MUCH wider than my Touareg, and the space inside is generally better used - the trunk space 'feels' bigger (i'm not sure that it technically is).
