Soon, Audi Q8 vs Atlas Cross Sport
Looking forward to this..
CS atlas
But what if you compare the VW Atlas CS and the Chevrolet Blazer? I think they are closer in price category ...
That seems like a no brainer. But would the Audi’s extra cost be worth it?
Vw Touareg has already beaten Audi Q7 and Audi Q8 in 2019 !
The different content you bring in, amazing. All these comparisons, just great. Cross Sport for me.
I appreciate your tenacity and motivation. You’re really hitting the ball.
Thank you
I really like the beginning of this video, we recently purchased an Atlas, so far it's pretty great..
Thanks
I'm owner of Cross Sport for a year now and I am very happy .
Hilarious lol! I bet there are sales guys in here that want to do that to their customers lol great video. I will take the cross sport, don't need the big Atlas
Love our atlas. Bought it when we only have 1 baby now we have 2 its funny how i can stand inside while fixing the car seats. Sometimes we have the nephew and we have all 3 car seat with no problem. Lot lots of room.. soo glad we bought it😃😃
Waiting IMPATIENTLY here in Southern California for the Cross Sport! VW is saying March / April. I want one now!
Same here from New England.
Just got mine last week! LOVE IT!
I just got mine yesterday with 8 miles on it.
@@Alfonso_DiazJr Nice! What color/trim did you get it?
Rick Autiello I got the base Atlas cross sport s model. It’s hot over here in California so that’s why i got the white color. I thought the navy blue color was nice but I went with white and got a really good deal on it. P.S. I will say I can’t stop looking at the car from the side profile haha. It just looks good haha. 👍
Cross sport and sport back are great and innovative designs. I am huge fan of these two designs. You should do an Audi Q8 vs the BMW X6.
Vw Touareg has already beaten Audi Q7 and Audi Q8 in 2019 !
Interesting comparison, I am sure people will cross shop these two. I will say Atlas since I can put down the 3rd row seats and have the same space. This seems like the best option and it seems like cheaper.
Once met a VW dealer salesman who behaved similarly to the guy portrayed at the beginning. I was there browsing and waiting to nail down the deal, and he was like: "Great, let's bring your family here and we can get everything ready for you." I left and bought the car from another dealer in the neighboring city.
Never making assumptions on your customer, especially those related to wealth and decision-making ability.
No garage door opener, no folding side mirrors, no 360* park assist, no third row, no rear seat quick pull strap, and no cooled seats.
You can get all of that for a “few” dollars more in the $65,000 Mercedes GLE or BMW X5 🤔
Is the Cross sport going to have a R design model?
Yes
hi SAM very detailed and entertaining video indeed how would this VW-Atlas not Cross-Sport would stack up against the 2020 Honda-Pilot? thank you SAM your opinion will be appreciated for sure from Calgary AB
I will make a review soon :) thank you.
Sam CarLegion thank you sir!
The atlas cross sport does have fog light, they a hidden in the normal lights
PeteTheGreek NY they are daylight running lights, fog lights are always at the bottom.
@@SamCarLegion the fog lights are hidden in the high beam housing, in the car they are identified by a rain/fog symbol
this deserves an Oscar
Lol thank you
You are incorrect about the 2nd row seating legroom. The cross sport has 3 more inches of legroom in the 2nd row because since it doesn’t have a 3rd row VW was able to push them back.
I wish I can afford it. God will bless me soonest. I need to drive it.
Is engine and gearbox and aircon made in usa ? Or germany?
Are both cars same length?
I just put a down payment on a 2020. Cross sport .. I got it fully fully loaded. Side rails, roof rack. Leather, H/C seats.. ect but $55,000. The fake exhaust though.. why ? VW why?
Agreed
Nice video
Thanks
Sooo you are comparing a 4-cilinder and a V6
They both get v6 engines, the entire point is that the V6 is better.
@@SamCarLegion How is V6 better than the 2.0T? You get better gas mileage on 2.0T, and can easily tune it to far exceed the BHP output of the V6.
Actually the 2.0T is better imo. We drove a v6 4motion atlas for a few days and it was lucky to break 20 MPG. We found a hold over '18 2.0T SE for $26.5K with something like 50 miles on it. Currently on fuelly it's at 24.2 MPG with nearly 5k miles tracked, best is 28.07 MPG on a 438 mile trip and worse was 20.62 MPG on a 225 mile while driving around town. Bonus is here at 7k feet elevation the v6 drops to 216 hp vs the 2.0T which will still be around 235. I'm not sure on the torque loss but I think it follows the hp in which case it would be quite a bit under the 2.0T as stock it's 8 ft-lb more.
What I don't like is the shift points. 1-2 is decent with slight throttle and then because it's decent with slight throttle the trans decides to upshift way too quickly into 3rd and then you stop accelerating. I found I have to slightly increase throttle after 2nd to keep it from shifting so quickly into 3rd, this is why it's the wife's car as mine are all manual transmissions.
Also an OBDeleven or similar is nice so you can disable the auto stop start crap and add the option to shut off the autolock and other such things. All of which were done within the week of getting it as I don't want a hot turbo to all of a sudden get no oil or other lube or cooling when racing between stoplights as the coloradoans are wont to do. Obviously it doesn't really do much to the mpg and saves on the starter and battery as a trip to a store involves two starts vs a couple to a dozen or more depending on lights.
VW = BEST ✔️🇩🇪👍
"the witch xxx" 🧙🧙🧙🧙 lol
hmm
best option is to stay away from VW!! My new atlas has already had major break downs with only 30000 miles on it!!! Im not the only one just do some research before you buy one. Biggest mistake i have made. Stay away from VW!!!!!
What is the issue with Atlas, just curios to know as I have 2019 Atlas leased. It has got Aisin Toyota tranny & a reliable VR6. So where did you get the problem with Atlas?
Jus curious .. got one few months ago .. what was the issue ..?..
It’s the v6 that has the issue, the 2.0 is reliable
I didn't get the joke till the end. Funny skit.
Climate change ! lol... Make snow or rain at a push of a button.
VW can dress these up all they want, but they are still cheap, plastic, gas guzzling econo-boxes.
Not everyone can afford a BMW. I had a golf gti, it was perfect. These cars have great technology.
2JZ for life I’m saying they’re cheaply made, not cheaply priced. They are not worth their expensive price tags.
@@mct8888 I don't think they are cheaply made at all. You can't find a car that is cheap and feels luxuries. You get what you pay for. At least they are better than Hyundais
2JZ for life VW Atlas doesn’t come close to a Hyundai Palisade. You’re dreaming.
I must be doing something wrong as my Atlas 2.0 is averaging 25+ mpgs.
But I guess it would be a gas guzzler compared to my 2 TDI's (1 highly moded) that average 40+ mpg's
WITCH XXX lolololololol
🤦🤦🤦
i never trusted Volkswagen car!!!
There’s no difference they’re both ugly suvs
